We really enoyed our stay - the place was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. There were also some really great touches like the heated blankets, the beds were very comfy and the twinkle lights in the cabin bed made it a really cute space for our son to sleep in. They also both loved the den area underneath the cabin bed! We all really enjoyed using the hot tub and it was lovely sitting out on the deck at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent home, perfect for our group of four adults and two kids (5 and 3). Bedrooms downstairs so nice and cool in summer. Lounge and kitchen upstairs with door onto gated outdoor area which the kids loved to run around on. Great location being 15min from Milton Sands beach which is perfect for kids with rock pools on one side and calm sandy beach on the other side. Close to forest walks too with Avon Mill 5min up the road.

We had a fabulous stay with our 3 children - there was plenty of space for us all, and we all loved living in the trees! The lodge was super clean and so well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay - the wood-fired hot tub was an added bonus! The children loved exploring the grounds and had a brilliant time on the big trampoline! Would absolutely recommend as a great family getaway ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at The Coach House on the estate. Previously we stayed in an apartment in the main house, which was also beautiful. It is so quiet, the grounds are immaculate and peaceful. The house itself had everything you could want, including fresh towels and coffee pods. We very much felt secluded and left in peace but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Kingsbridge where you can eat locally (Crabshell Inn was good) or get a ferry to Salcombe. We would love to return.

The house was extremely safe behind private gates, the house was spotless and well equipped. The property was great for our dog, straight out the door to a private dog walk. The hot tub was also lovely, we have never seen one like this before but after reading the instructions on YouTube we were happy it was safe to use. All facilities were in good working order. Thanks guys for a lovely trip x
Exceptional location with good quality accommodation. The gardens and woodland were absolutely delightful (helped by the late April show of camellias and rhododendrons).

This is a brilliant find in Kingsbridge, and my first Air bnb ever where the place is actually better than the expectations from the photos and description!The grounds are beautiful, like a trip to the Botanical gardens, and the apartment is well equipped. We will definitely book to stay here again on our next visit to Kingsbridge.

We loved our stay! The most beautiful gardens we may of ever seen, spring is definitely a special time to come as the gardens are just stunning. We spent several hours just walking around the gardens, it was exactly what we needed. The cabin was lovely, everything you needed, the bbq was great we used it every night. The log fire is a perfect size and is big enough to heat the whole tent, added touches to keep warm were appreciated, it made the experience cosy, something different. Hot tub makes it extra special, easy to use and heat, lovely sitting in the tops of the trees looking out over a sun set. And a sky of stars one clear night! The whole experience was private and peaceful, everything could be found in the very organised guide which was amazing and really helpful! My boys loved the football pitch, trampoline but their big love was Dotty who is just the most sweetest cat, we were all sad to say goodbye. A absolute gem of a place, thank you for sharing it with the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Lodge. Everything has been thought of and perfectly placed. Well equipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds (with electric blankets!) plenty of firewood. The setting is incredible with beautiful gardens to enjoy. A very peaceful and relaxing location. We didn’t want to leave and hope to visit again. Thank you for a lovely time.

we stayed in orchard lodge during April 26. Perfect location for what we needed. 2 adults 4 kids and the kids loved the hot tub and the park just a 1-2 minutes walk from the lodge. They were kept occupied. The lodge was set in peaceful surroundings with beautiful gardens. The lodge its self was clean with everything that you needed. I would definitely recommend and visit again.
