Stuart showed the utmost care and compassion in all my dealings with him, from the sad moment of my father’s passing until the day of the funeral itself. He made sure that the day was particularly special if also a very sad occasion, allowing me to feel in control of a situation that I felt out of control of. The memory bookmark was a very thoughtful final touch.

First Class Company. At a time of distress this company was like a breath of fresh air. We felt completely looked after and it was such a relief. They were kind and professional and every little detail was dealt with automatically. We can't praise this team enough for how they dealt with our sister-in-laws funeral and our only regret is living too far away to be able to entrust our own funeral plans with them.

As a former funeral director & embalmer I popped in to say how lovely their building was. I was greeted very warmly & professionally. Had a good chat with clearly extremely proud staff. I had a dignified tour of their facilities, and I must say what a truly lovely funeral directors both front of house and behind the scenes. They clearly care about every aspect of caring for your loved ones. I am not local to Stafford, so I have no other reason to write a review other then to say that Love's funeral service is truly what an independent family run funeral directors should be. Organizing my mother’s funeral was one of the hardest experiences of our lives yet their team guided us through every step with patience, sensitivity, and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the time to understand who my mother was, ensuring every detail of the service reflected her personality, values, and the love we had for her. On the day of the funeral, everything was conducted with such dignity and grace. The staff were impeccably organized, warm, and attentive, creating an atmosphere of calm that allowed us to focus on saying goodbye. The floral arrangements, the order of service, the music, the amazing catering and the smallest touches all came together beautifully. Their modern beatifully premises and facilities and their forward thinking approach are like a breath of fresh air , The WhatsApp group for all the family to discuss all matters which were answered pretty much immediately is very innovative and evidence of a far better more modern outlook . We will always be grateful for the care shown not only to our mother, but to us as a family. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in need of compassionate and exceptional funeral care . A very personal and well supported service from this wonderful company. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you will not be disappointed if you choose them to arrange the funeral of your loved one. Their premises are beautiful and welcoming too, with easy parking at the rear. Their pricing is very flexible and reasonable. The service is tailored to perfectly meet your needs. Sometimes within families there can be friction and differences of opinion- Stuart was able to perfectly navigate through these. I felt very well supported - and prepared in the event of anything unexpected turning up. Thank you so much to Stuart and the family, they are truly a dream team.
