I honestly don’t have enough words to thank Stuart and the incredible team at Love’s. During the worst time of my life, when everything felt overwhelming, they were there for me and my two girls in ways I’ll never forget. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter how big or small the need, they always showed up with support, understanding, and compassion. Stuart, in particular, went above and beyond, making us feel heard, safe, and supported at a time when we needed it most. He even opened late for visitation to accommodate family travelling from abroad, and he and his wife went the extra mile to support our wishes in making it a true celebration of life. What truly stands out is that their care didn’t stop there — they continue to support us and so many others within the wider community, making a real difference every single day. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for us. They are truly amazing people doing incredible work, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We would recommend Love's to anyone. They were recommended to us to look after my wife Val, Mum to our three sons, and we couldn't be happier with the care, kindness and service we were shown. From the first moment we met Stuart we felt very comfortable and confident in him and his team. They dealt with all our questions and uncertainties with calm ease and professionalism. The funeral was planned with little stress, the sympathy and kindness you'd hope for and, most importantly, the utmost care of us and of Val. Stuart and Susan communicate quickly and clearly too, so that we didn't have to worry about funeral planning at an already difficult time. And that care and kindness continued after the funeral until all aspects were completed to our absolute satisfaction. Thank you Love's.

Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch We used Stuart and his amazing team when my mum passed away in January. We didn't want a "funeral" in the traditional sense, we wanted it to be much more of a celebration of my mums life which is what she would have wanted. Stuart delivered exactly what we asked for and more besides. We had a very personal and private service in Primrose Cottage (which is absolutely stunning) followed by a celebration of my mums life. From the moment my mum was collected, Stuart and his team looked after her like she was one of their own. The team were absolutely brilliant and their support from start to finish to our family was first class. This is a family business (we met Stuart and his mum and dad who help with the business) and this is reflected in the pride they take in everything that they do. If you're in the sad position of needing a funeral director my advice would be simply don't look anywhere else.
