It’s never nice when someone dies but Stuart and the team couldn’t have put us more at ease. The whole process was so smooth, we felt looked after and knew our mum was in the best hands. The building is beautiful, they took time with us on the day of the funeral, the service books were amazing and the book marks handed out are such a nice touch. We had so many comments that it was the perfect service and it was all thanks to Love’s! You always want your loved ones to be looked after and they certainly are here. As a family we would like to say a massive thank you to Love’s Independent Funeral Directors , Stuart and the team have been nothing short of incredible, at such a heartbreaking time, the care, understanding and attention to detail meant that we knew our Kaz was in safe hands and would be looked after like family. Stuart also recommended Claire Bradshaw Ceremonies to lead the Celebration and for someone who hadn’t met our Kaz, you brought her to life so beautifully, with just the right touch of humour that made such a hard day that little bit easier - We are so thankful to you all , and whilst obviously you never want to be arranging a funeral , these guys are the absolute best in the area and I promise if you use them in that darkest hour , they will look after you too ❤️

There are so many decisions, small and large, needing to be made when arranging a fitting final tribute for a loved one. My brothers and I wanted a small service for my father Joe attended by family and friends. From our first conversation on the phone with Stuart when everything was so recent and raw right through to the service at Love's and cremation at Stafford, every aspect was so perfect for Joe. Love's are a credit to the profession. We cannot adequately thank you for making our last gift to Joe such a personal and intimate day.

Stuart and his family were all so kind, supportive and professional after my mum passed away just over 2 weeks ago. They were all empathetic and understanding and could not do enough for my family at this sad time. Their meticulous attention to detail regarding all the paperwork and the process of dealing with everything was amazing - they took the pressure off us and dealt with all the issues on our behalf. On the day of the funeral, Stuart and the team were very respectful, kind and professional and helped us all through the day. Love's even took care of the catering and family and friends commented on how lovely the buffet was. I highly recommend Love's as their personal approach and care really made a difference.
