Absolute 10/10 from start to finish! We had a specific vision for our outdoor area, we wanted a seamless louvre system with extra height, and it needed to be strong enough to support a hanging chair. Upon doing our research, other companies we spoke to told us it simply couldn't be done, LourveSpan said “not a problem”. The fact that they are local, use New Zealand-made marine-grade products, and custom-build everything rather than importing was a massive selling point for us. The quality is very obvious. The installers really cared about the details, doing all the precision cutting and fitting right here on-site. Even through the install process they made improvement recommendations around the lighting positioning. I haven’t seen this level of service for a very very long time. LouvreSpan has completely perfected both their product and their service. We are so incredibly happy we went with them! The system looks like it is part of the house and we have had so many positive comments. Thank you Louvrespan.

Brendon and his team were awesome to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and with an awesome attention to detail. They even finished our build ahead of schedule! Not a bad thing to say about them all told, the build itself is well made and good looking, and has already stood up to some pretty high winds. These guys are the pros at what they do, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone contemplating a louvre system.

Ours was a little more complicated due to the “L” shape needed but the crew did an outstanding job. From the first time we met Brendan we really wanted him to have the best quote from others we had requested. And he did, but it was his understanding of our wee bit of a problematic deck profile.
