Wouldn't work with them again. Double charged me for a service 2 months after the service was completed. I called to check on the charge and they acknowledged their mistake and said they could mail me a check..2 week later still no check in hand and no one could tell me if a check was even processed. The women on the phone was kind and polite but if you can charge my card, you should be able to refund me just as fast..

Highly recommend the Lotus deep cleaning team (Laura and Stephanie) that I just used for a move-out on a Unit in a Quadraplex! They did a super job, were very thorough, and handled a tight turnaround with no issues. I called with an urgent appointment request and they fit me in the next day (fast turnaround), which I really appreciated. The place looks spotless and ready for my digital staging and showing. They arrived before the estimated arrival time and asked questions after I gave them my focus list, and the place really does look fantastic. If anyone needs reliable cleaners for a move-out or deep clean, you should give them a call now. I will use them on all clean-outs moving forward.
I contacted Lotus for Move-In cleaning, and they contacted me same day with a quote, and offered me a same day appointment. Laura and Mayelis arrived right on time, and did a very thorough job. They removed crumbs from the kitchen that I would never have found. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Lotus Cleaning Services and will absolutely be using them again. They were quick to provide a quote, super responsive throughout the entire process, and very easy to communicate with. Before the cleaning, they took the time to talk through my problem areas and made sure everything was clearly understood.
The cleaners themselves were fast, incredibly thorough, and did an excellent job overall. The space looked noticeably better when they were done, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. If you're looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service that actually listens and delivers, I highly recommend Lotus Cleaning Services.
One word: yikes. Here's what happened:
I fill out the online intake form. We start emailing back and forth. I have a pretty specific list of needs that I send them in an organized document. Make it easy for them. They respond with what they do and don't do. All good - I'm aligned. We pick a date.
Confirmation email comes. The date is wrong. Ok, no big deal. I tell them and they update it.
But that was only a foreshadowing of what was to come...
Day-of service, I log into my customer portal. None of my information is in there. Nobody copy and pasted a thing. It's empty. No details on my service.
I'm starting to think "uh oh"...
Cleaning ladies show up. They have no information. Nobody sent them anything or briefed them on what I needed. They don't even know the basics (how many rooms and bathrooms in the house, etc). You can tell because they showed up with a tiny tote of basic cleaning supplies.
So now, as the customer, it's my job to brief them? Uh, ok. They're here, so I'll give that a shot.
Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish very well, and it's way to detailed of a list for me to try and make it work.
So I call Lotus and ask what my options are. They don't know anything because their email system is down (shocking...). But they say that I can text them what I need done and they'll send it to the ladies.
Uhhh...yeah, I'm not paying $500+ for this kinda shotty service.
I talk to my wife and call back. Biddi answers. She was great, understanding, and said they'd cancel with no cancelation fee. If this was a review of Biddi, I'd give her 5 stars. Unfortunately, it's not, it's a review of Lotus.
I email back the two other employees who originally reviewed my scope and scheduled me, just to explain what happened and make sure I'm not charged. And here's the icing on the cake: they reply with an email that explains how they did nothing wrong. I'm misunderstanding, they did everything right - it was the cleaning ladies fault!
Oh boy...
Lotus: your employees *are* part of you. Your company and your brand. Arguably the most important piece. To the customer, you are one unit.
The fact that you created this divide between ownership and employee speaks volumes to how you operate your business and why this happened in the very first place...
People: avoid and go elsewhere.
I contacted Lotus Cleaning for a deep clean, and I received a price estimate within a day. The cleaning team was very professional, and they brought their own equipment. I was impressed! If I ever need deep cleaning services again, I'll definitely contact Lotus Cleaning.
One small thing: If you don't wear shoes indoors, let the cleaners know in advance so they can bring shoe covers.
We requested a deep house cleaning and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent between booking and the day of service--both the admin team and the cleaners were clear and responsive. Hazel and Maite arrived right on time and were incredibly thorough and efficient. They deep cleaned my 2br/1ba home in just 2 hours, and I was really impressed with the results. Would absolutely hire them again!
I had a move out cleaning from Lotus Cleaning Services and the two ladies that came were great and did a wonderful job. I would recommend their services.

We recently had our first cleaning with Lotus, and the team was amazing! They were thorough, efficient, and friendly, and the house looked great afterwards. The Lotus office is extremely responsive on email and it has been very easy to coordinate with them; they were able to accommodate our requests for scheduling, even during the busy holiday season. This family-owned business pays a living wage, which is important to us, and we found the pricing very reasonable. We have decided to have them come regularly, and highly recommend Lotus!
