Everything went well for setup. Then something happened. Now I only get pictures with me and when I’m with a friend. I can show these pics. I think someone has access to my phone. Since the cameras were installed, I have had several intrusions into my house. Many items have been taken. Silver Lake Ohio police have been notified and are watching for intruders. I am 75 and live alone. I need impediment help with my cameras. Thank you Elaine Lewis 2858 Lee Rd Silver Lake, Ohio

Loroo Security and Technology workmanship, expertise, communications, customer service and value is unprecedented top of the line. In today's business world these qualities are hard to find from a business and often are impossible to find or expect. Big hands up to Loroo Security and Technology and staff. Your services, attention to detail and outstanding customer interaction is very much appreciated by this consumer and highly recommend Loroo Security and Technology to all whom may be in market needing their services. Loroo Security and Technology offers their own security equipment and monitoring services, but also will install systems consumers purchase themselves. With a self purchased system install Loroo cannot offer warranty on your equipment of course, but does offer a 90 warranty on their installation of your system. Talk about a company standing behind their service, simply unheard of. In my interactions/communications with Loroo Security and Technology, I was so impressed and knew I had hit the jackpot on a company that valued customer service and honesty that I had already lined up a relative who wants to utilize their services. Again, thank you Loroo Secutity and Technology, the owner Tom and staff for upstanding services.

Tom and his crew did a great job installing a 3 camera Reolink NVR system, running 2 network drops and also installing my mantel mount. Tom was friendly and informative and did a great job. Will be returning for any future technology needs.

Tom is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. He did an excellent job getting our front and back Kitchens/Bars fully networked with switches and Ethernet jacks. The back Kitchen had to be rewired completely because someone botched an attempt to get it done. He ran the wires directly to my Cisco switch in the basement and installed all the proper high-end hardware. Everything is blazing fast now in both locations. There was one snafu where the rear Kitchen lost connectivity due to a loose terminated wire most likely. He was already paid in full when we discovered it but still responded right away and was back out at the house to quickly get it resolved the next day. That's excellent post sales Support and assurance that he guarantees his work. Tom's in my arsenal now for any Network related work needing done at both my home and the business.
