I got in touch with the team at Lords Jewellers via WhatsApp after losing my wedding ring whilst swimming in a lake.
I wanted to have one made that was as close to my original as possible, including replicating an engraving inside to match the font style to one inside my wife’s ring. Russell, Josh and the team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I not only had the new ring in time for my 10 year wedding anniversary, but that it was also sandblasted like the original, which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate to go to Lords again for any jewellery I need in future.
The ring is a 5mm medium flat 9ct yellow gold sandblasted men’s ring, approx 5.4grams.
I cannot recommend Lords enough, I use this shop time and time again and never bother looking elsewhere, there is just no need too.
Bobby has recently made my mums wedding ring into a beautiful heart shaped pendant that is attached to a necklace that i always wear, and I truly cannot be happier, the service from start to finish is impeccable with total understanding of what i wanted.

I am lucky enough to have known the Lord family for many years now, in which I have followed and seen the incredible jewellery they are able to create. When I decided to propose to my girlfriend (fiance now) there was never any doubt who I would trust with such an important piece of jewellery. Although me and my fiance moved to Dubai just over 3 years ago, the decision for the Lord family to make our engagement ring was a certain. The time and effort Bob gave me and gives to all is customers is remarkable along with the level of professionalism. There was never anything that could not be done and Bob also spent a long time explaining the different types/cuts of diamonds and the different options available for my price point. For me it was always about quality and the Lord family are at the forefront of this.
When I saw the finished product it was a very emotional moment for me and my fiance, it was better than I could ever had imagined.
