Price is very competitive at LGD, and great communication, very responsive customer service. However, I wish the quality control at LGD was better. The video for the final product looked great, but when I received it, I noticed a bit of discolouration and some rough edges on the halo. Because I’m not US based, so I had to take the ring to a local jeweller to get it fixed. The good thing is LGD was very supportive throughout the process and reimbursed the cost. Overall I’m very happy with LGD as the same type of lab grown ring will cost 3x as much in Australia, so a little compromise on its setting quality is okay for me.

I very much enjoyed the shopping experience for a loose stone, being able to see each stone, its certificate, dimensions etc. I love the price I paid and very happy with the stone I got. The only reason I don't rate it as 5 stars is the slow update process on the website. I waited 2 weeks wihtout update and as I talked with them on online chat I got the update that it had shipped.
