Yes, I had gone back and forth in figuring out the correct design that I had wanted, but like anything else in life, if you want it done correctly, you take your time.
Anyways, If you're considering LGD, please do so, they will do an incredible job and the price is also unbeatable - trust me, I put in a ton of man hours into this!
I have bought several items from this company and I was happy with each purchase I have made. I also recently had an item customized and I had no clue they would do that. Price is very competitive at LGD, and great communication, very responsive customer service. However, I wish the quality control at LGD was better. The video for the final product looked great, but when I received it, I noticed a bit of discolouration and some rough edges on the halo. Because I’m not US based, so I had to take the ring to a local jeweller to get it fixed. The good thing is LGD was very supportive throughout the process and reimbursed the cost. Overall I’m very happy with LGD as the same type of lab grown ring will cost 3x as much in Australia, so a little compromise on its setting quality is okay for me.

I had a great experience. I got fast responses. I had to wait quite a while for tax clearance, but that’s on side of the tax office and not on lgd.
