After losing the diamond from my engagement ring during a trip with my sister, I searched online for a trustworthy website to buy a new one. Loose Diamonds came highly recommended, so I decided to check them out. While on the site, I chatted with Susan, who helped me determine the perfect diamond size for my ring.
Because I bought it without a certificate, I wanted to wait until I received it to confirm it was real before leaving a review. It is indeed authentic! Everything turned out perfect; it arrived just in time for our anniversary and was a wonderful surprise for my husband!
The ring itself is a bit off. The gap under the halo hurts when having to take it off. The original ring my husband bought via Brilliance was made a lot better & did not knick or scuff as easily as this ring had honestly. About 2 weeks with it & the rose gold looks like it's fading & now I'm worried this isn't 100% pure rose gold. The hide halo diamonds could have been slightly bigger & if I could go back I would make that change from the CAD design. Over all I'm not very impressed with the craftsmanship of this ring... My husband took his time to design it expecting an amazing upgrade from the original one I had lost last year.
I honestly wish Brilliance crafted the ring.
I purchased a 4 carat stone from LGD. I was skeptical about buying a diamond on line. I was pleasantly surprised when the stone arrived. It was exactly what I had ordered. My wife was very happy too.

I was skeptical but the reviews were so good I had to try. LGD really is that good for quality and customer service. I have purchased both for my wife, natural when we got married and lab grown now. I'm sold on lab grown and LGD made it so easy. The price is a fraction of natural and I can now attest that the quality is just as good. We bought a 2.0 Ct Radiant, D color, VS1 and the IGI certification provided me with consumer confidence. She was ecstatic when I gave it to her for her birthday. The images don't do the diamond justice. Young people getting engaged should buy lab grown from LGD. Natural diamonds hold value, but are you ever really going to sell it? She LOVED the ring! I got the best price i could find. At first a i looked into With Clarity but figured to keep shopping. Saw Brilliance was about the same. Brilliance also tried to charge a $100 customization fee for how big the carat was and loose grown diamonds didn't charge this. Loose grown diamonds had the best prices i could find online and when i purchased it I was emailed stages of the customized ring at its stages. And came way sooner then they predicted too. The ring was beautiful and was giving a great price and customer experience.

I have had two rings purchased from LGD. One for an engagement ring and one for a wedding ring. I have been quite happy with both. They are both beautiful and have been well received by my fiancee/wife. The support for the custom engagement ring was very responsive. For both, the support keeps you updated for every step of the process along the way. The only complaint I have had is that their ring boxes are not very quality. The very top color falls off easily. To me, it doesn't really matter; however, if you are wanting a quality, classy ring box to come with the ring, you should probably buy one separately

I don’t give reviews pretty much ever, but felt this was something that all needed to hear! Loose Grown Diamonds is so amazing to work with. Their communication is top notch! I originally picked a diamond that was not available and they worked with me to either find another I was happy with or a full refund. I did find another that was available. They kept in very close contact every step of the way from the original CAD approval of the ring design, thru each step in the process up to completion and shipment. Each step was given an expected timeline of completion. They shipped the ring in discrete packaging as to not let the cat out of the bag. I could not be happier with this ring and the company that designed it for me. I just hope she likes it as much as I do (and says YES). Thank you Loose Grown Diamonds for this exceptional piece!
