I didn’t use their services, but I did reach out to inquire information on air duct cleaning a couple of weeks ago. George pointed me in the right direction and I am so thankful. He saved us a lot of money. Also thankful that he understands those of us with CIRS. I then recommended him to a friend of mine whose son is extremely sensitive for a new build they were having issues with, because of everything I’d heard of about Lone Star and how I know they take care of sensitive groups over a typical remediation company. She spoke so highly of him as well. Their house passed their post remediation test through the best mold inspection company I’ve known since they started. Now I also know who to use should, God forbid, I personally need their services. I will continue to recommend Lone Star to those having issues with mold, because I know they’ll do it right. George is a wonderful man. Thank you from both me and my friend, George!

I asked a ton of questions before and during and they all have been as patient as can be! Lone Star Pro Services was very professional. They work clean and everything went smoothly from consultation to day of work. We got our HVAC cleaned from dust and molds and they did a fantastic job. We came back to our house with a fresh clean air and it was nice to breathe again inside our home without worrying about the molds and dust. George was very good at communicating and even suggested helpful tips how to take care of our HVAC with recommendations with no pressure. You can tell that George really cares and willing to help.
