Outstanding workmanship from London Wood Floor Sanding Services
The attention to detail, dust-controlled sanding and high-quality finishing exceeded our expectations. The floors now look elegant, natural and perfectly restored. A truly professional and trustworthy service. Highly recommended for premium homes.
I am writing this review as a warning to other customers. Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with Serdar.
He promised a “5 star, dust free” service but this is not even close to what we received. Unfortunately the service we were given was unprofessional and to a subpar standard.
On the first day, him and his team were late and were also getting lessons on how to use the equipment. This was of course worrying. He promised the job would be done in 3 days and clearly set out the time frame, however he went against his word and told us he was unable to attend for the time we had already agreed on and so arrived 5 hours later than we had planned for. Meaning the job was rushed and also went way over schedule.
Because the job was rushed the floors were not sanded properly, the edges were not sanded at all, the kitchen floors were rushed and currently 2 weeks later our floors already have gaps in them.
They left our house in a complete mess, ruined our furniture and ruined our marble kitchen tops. When we asked them how these things were going to be rectified he completely ignored us and disregarded the terrible job he had done.
On top of this they illegally dumped their waste (dust) into public drains.
His service was a waste of money and has lead to more problems for us.
All of his reviews are positive but we have proof the reviews are fake. He is using photos he took of our house under a fake name leaving a good review. He is a conman and I would be careful of hiring him to work in your home

Deceptive and unprofessional service
The entire experience was a disaster. While Dr. Sanders seemed polite initially, the work was far from professional. He left our floors unfinished, varnish stains everywhere, and even dumped sawdust into a public drain. Our counters, sink, and floor tiles were ruined, and sawdust was absolutely everywhere. Worse, he lied about his experience and showed fake photos of supposed past jobs. Hair is now trapped in our varnish, and we’re left redoing everything ourselves. Many of the positive reviews online appear fake, including one using a photo of our front room! Save yourself the headache—avoid at all costs.

Serdar and his whole operation Dr Sanders was nice when we met him but it’s all a scam, never did any past jobs even though he said 3 years, left edges undone as he couldn’t do them, left varnish stains all over our kitchen counter tops, sink, floor tiles, dumped the saw dust down the council street drain, left hair everywhere trapped in our varnish, pretended he did not speak English, got saw dust absolutely everywhere, did not pick up a single piece of rubbish when he left, and lied about everything including all the fake photos shown as proof of past jobs.
We now have to redo all our floors again after paying him. the pic in Orhans fake review is our front room, these positive reviews are mostly made up.

The team were extremely polite and attentive. You can clearly feel that this is a family-run business. Serdar and Bera personally came and managed the entire process, paying close attention to every detail.
They truly understand the delicacy of Victorian wooden floors. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality and trustworthy wood floor sanding services
