We had a great experience with the London Sash Window company. Love our windows and the installation process was very well managed. The only small area for improvement would be better communication. It was fine but had to do a bit of chasing in the beginning. Was worth it for the value for money/

I required support for old victorian wooden sash windows to be upgraded to double glazed windows in a London conservation area. The team not only took charge of the planning application, but also manufactured and installed the windows in a timely fashion all the while keeping me in the loop. Cannot recommend enough.

Had all my sash windows at the front of my house restored, repaired and draught proofed and I am really really delighted with the result. This was my first experience replacing old wooden windows with new uPVC in a shared freehold block, which was a bit more complex. However, the sales team quickly provided a stunning and comprehensive brochure, and Luca was fantastic in the beginning, delivering quotes and necessary paperwork and suggesting a visit to the charming Sash Windows showroom near Clapham Junction, which we visited. A minor communication mix-up regarding the survey was resolved by Jake, and the installation by Robert, with a quality/satisfaction check by Elvin, went very smoothly, with the Sash Windows team taking care of all the clean-up. I am thrilled with the finished result; the new double-glazed windows look beautiful, fit perfectly, and significantly enhance sound and energy efficiency. I've mentioned a few names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team. Sash Windows London are a lovely family-run company providing a personal, high-quality service. Highly recommended.
We bought a beautiful Victorian house that needed some serious restoration and we were recommended the London Sash Company. Safe to say they didn’t disappoint, we had all of the original sash windows replaced with double glazed sash windows, with some of the sashes needing full replacement. They replaced every window in the house and worked with our builders to hit the right schedule. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and subsequent after care was all exceptional. If you’re looking to restore or bring back the original detailing and beauty of Victorian sash windows, I highly recommend Max and the team.
London Sash Windows give a service of the highest order. At every stage of the process I found them to be painstakingly professional and courteous. The work itself was carried out half a day earlier than scheduled and the new windows fit perfectly, and I can pull them up and down with ease; the same is true with my new French doors: they fit beautifully, keep out all draught and look terrific.
