Very low standard and rushed work Jay seems to just care about how many jobs he can book in, My floor has started to crack already within a few months! Owner Jay has blocked my number he seems to block customers when there are issues which isn’t professional or ethical! I cannot reach him to discuss further! Will be taking this matter further with consumer affairs!

Jay did a fantastic job on our (previously) cracked, pockmarked, and stained garage floor. You can't even tell how bad it was beforehand, because he did an incredibly thorough job! Super happy with his colour recommendation, and his workmanship. I also appreciated his candid advice, he's honest about what epoxy can hide (and can't), how much time it would take, and he also gave some much appreciated home improvement advice re: our driveway and garage skirting boards. Many thanks for a job well done! Highly recommend London Linings to anyone looking for epoxy flooring.

Overall satisfied with the job in the end. Be sure to ask as many questions as possible before the job, explain the your use of the space. Initially I wasn’t satisfied with the finish, and was told to refer to terms and conditions several times. Jay seemed very rushed each day he was there, and admitted he rushed. He explained to me upon initial visit to site that the concrete wasn’t the best (brand new slab) but when I asked he assured me the finished product would still be perfect. Overall am happy with the finish after Jay came back to reapply more top coat, bar a few patches around the edge which Jay apologised for. I feel I paid for the best finish, but didn’t quite get it. Strangely he blocked me on social media, which is odd as I haven’t said a word. Would still recommend.

Thanks again for your feedback and for the opportunity to complete your floor. I’m glad to hear you’re happy with the end result and appreciate your recommendation.

While the job took longer than expected, that was due to the slab’s condition, which made achieving a perfect finish more complex. I returned on a public holiday and applied additional coats at no extra cost to ensure you were satisfied.

Every project is personal to us and I genuinely wanted to make sure you were left with the best possible finish—even if it took extra time and effort.

As for the texture, our floors do have a natural, light grip as part of their durability and safety. We’re now making sure this is clearly explained and shown during quoting so expectations match the final result.

In regards to social media we have someone overseeing the posting , comments and connections so I will get them to address this.

Was efficient & answered any questions that I might have had in a manner that was easy to understand … there were a few things that I kinda questioned such as a patch of paint left under the step & a few grooves in the concert, other then that, Very happy with the result

Also thanks for highlighting some of the imperfections with our Grind and seal 24 hour system ( which we also discussed upon commencing the job) Grind marks are common due to softness of the concrete and other imperfections such as cracks holes and stains are also present on your floor that we discussed. As are areas that are unable to be grinded due to us being unable to get to, such as under the stairs (as the steps were fixed and could not be dismantled )

I want people to be aware do not deal with this company I have had my garage and a commercial warehouse The garage after a short period developed bubbles and started to peel off the concrete Jay the owner assessed it and said to fix it I have to pay again which I did only for it to peel again Now he ignores me and has no solution The warehouse had to re done jays excuse he used the wrong final coat wanted me to pay again Very unprofessional he admitted to me he did a short course in Qld and now he has been let loose on customers Not trustworthy terrible attitude I’m sure he will not be in business for too long I know another customer with similar issues Do not use this guy hopeless
