Paul is incredibly diligent and professional, taking every aspect of the survey into consideration. His knowledge and experience in this field is unrivalled, in my opinion. LFDC are highly professional and full understand the pragmatic difference between statutory and code compliance. Their integrity speaks for itself when compared to others in the industry that fail doors unnecessarily and profit from replacing them. LFDC do neither and explain that although doors might not mean they meet current code requirements that, in itself, is no prerequisite for remediation let alone complete replacement. LFDC stand head and shoulders above a ‘significant’ minority of the charlatan competitors, as truly honourable, caring and conscientious. I am proud to be associate with a company of this integrity and skill.
