Hello,
First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I deeply regret that you felt additional charges were applied unfairly, and that your belongings were not handled with the care they deserve.
From my perspective, I did my best to assist you; however, I take full responsibility for not meeting your expectations.
Rather than offering only words of apology, I believe it is important to take meaningful action. Therefore, I would like to address the portion you felt was unfairly charged through an appropriate refund.
Please feel free to contact me at your convenience, and as the manager, I will take full responsibility to ensure that this matter is properly resolved.
Once again, I sincerely apologize.
I can’t say enough good things about Master Nam’s! My son attended two free trial classes in early 2025 at just five years old, and even after the first class, he was eager to sign up. From the start, we were impressed by Master Paul’s ability to create a learning environment that is both fun and rooted in discipline and respect.
Even from the sidelines, my son’s twin sister was completely engaged—we soon caught her practicing moves at home. A few months later, she enrolled as well. She typically gravitates toward more “girly” interests and had tried both dance and gymnastics, but neither felt like the right fit. Taekwondo, however, has been a perfect match, and she continues to thrive.
Taekwondo nights have become a favorite in our family. Our kids stay engaged, build strong skills, and grow in confidence—it’s truly a joy to watch as a parent. While we don’t live in town to take advantage of the before- and after-school programs, we’re consistently impressed by the variety of opportunities and resources Master Nam’s offers to local families.
For anyone looking for a place where their children can learn new skills, build confidence, burn energy, and form friendships, I highly recommend Master Nam’s!
Highly recommend Master Nam’s Taekwondo! Both of my kids absolutely love going, which says a lot. Master Paul is fantastic with the kids—patient, encouraging, and really knows how to keep them engaged while building confidence and discipline.
They also put on great community events, which makes it feel like more than just a class—it’s a really positive environment for families. Couldn’t be happier with our experience.
I chose this company because of the good reviews. Their price was also cheaper than others, so I booked them for my moving day. Unfortunately, that’s when my bad experience began.
It was raining that day, and from the moment they started packing, things went wrong. They didn’t properly cover my belongings to protect them from the rain, and instead of disassembling large furniture as they should have, they just started moving everything as it was.
Four workers showed up, but one of them stayed in the truck all day saying he was the driver, so only three people were actually working. They were supposed to arrive at 9 AM, but they showed up after 10 AM.
In the end, they said I had too many items and demanded extra money for making two trips. I ended up paying more than expected for very poor service.
Many of my furniture pieces were scratched, my white sofa now has black marks and stains that won’t come off, and parts of my furniture—including shelves and part of my bed—are missing.
I honestly don’t understand why this company has good reviews. I strongly hope no one else has to go through the same experience I did.
If you enjoy getting scammed by a moving company during your move, definitely use this company. They demanded extra $800 from their initial estimate during my last move. Upon a closer look into this fraudulent enterprise, I learned that they are not licensed by NYS Department of Transportation for moving household goods, which is a requirement for moving companies operating in NYC. Always verify that they are licensed and insured.
