Absolutely Outstanding Service The team at logspan can't be rated highly enough, their efforts, attention to detail and commitment were outstanding from day one. We were given excellent advice and assistance by Lucy to help us make a decision (without ever feeling any pressure to buy), We opted for a 11m square BBQ Hut with a bar extension. We couldn't be happier with it and it has certainly transformed the bottom of our garden. The installation team worked through some terrible conditions on the day but never stopped. The quality of the prep work and final installation was excellent. Any communication with the team have been first class.

So having owned my finman for 5 years, the guys at Logspan continue to surprise me. The fan broke the other day and without hesitation the guys came out within a few days and replaced a part. No hassle, no fee and no questions of warranty. Is there any other company that would even come close to this. 10 out of 10 for customer service, a Blue Peter Badge, Macdonalds 5 star badge, Olympic Gold medal. I can't praise this company enough.

Product arrived on schedule and was erected with no issues to my satisfaction. Both the construction guys were very professional and caused no inconvenience during the build. We have enjoyed the summer house since in the rain and sun. I would highly recommend Logspan to others without hestitation.

From ordering to completion Logspan were excellent, we asked for a few tweaks and that was no problem at all. On the day our hut was delivered 3 men worked until the building was complete and we were sitting inside our garden retreat within 8 hours. At Christmas it was our Winter Gluhwein hut, we celebrated Hogmanay with our friends and we use our Logspan hut every day for coffee, reading and a glass of wine - we love it and are so glad we purchased it. Thank you Logspan!

When the cabin was built it was fast and efficient. We had an issue with some water ingress however Austin and his guys were great. They came out saw the issue and acted on it to ensure that the issue was rectified to the highest standard. I don’t normally do this type of feedback, however I have to say I have found Logspan’s customer service and after sale service second to none. I would recommend them if you are looking to have a garden room/summerhouse as an addition to your property.

Great service. Met the guys at the caravan show in Glasgow and the team Were helpful from the outset. No hard sell but wanted to get the best option and delivery . Install guys were clean workers and done in a day . Slight issue with the chimney that was rectified and replaced at no cost . Highly recommended - great quality product with excellent customer service .
