Schroeder supplied all the products and expertise I needed to tackle the restoration of our 1945 Chestnut log cabin in NJ. They were always very responsive to my questions and helped me select the best products for the job. I read all the materials on their website and understood that I needed to remove the 4 layers of paint that the previous owners has coated it with. It brought the cabin to life and hopefully will allow it another 80 years at least. Schroeder does more than just sell great products, they inspire restoration projects like this one.

These guys went the extra mile to attempt to color match a crappy deck stain we bought elsewhere. Instead of trying to get us to buy their stain, they recommended we go back to the lesser product for the best match and less of a headache.
