Raj pampered me and got to know me. She really cares for you. She gave me an exceptional facial and threaded/tinted my eyebrows. I was skeptical but they look 1000% better 😂 Darina did my eyelashes and she was extremely gentle and is very soft spoken. Everyone at the shop was super welcoming and I felt really taken care of.

I had my lashes done on Saturday and I wasn’t totally happy with the outcome, they were my birthday lashes so I was quite excited to get them done and try a new place. When Chloe heard I wasn’t totally happy she offered to come in on Sunday (when the salon is usually closed) to do my lashes for me at no extra cost to ensure I was happy with them for my birthday. Chloe even gave me free lash shampoo and upgraded my service to LED lashes which should have costed more. 5 stars for this salon and to Chloe the owner⭐️ She handled the issue with great ease and made sure I was completely happy with the result. Customer service is so important now a days especially with luxury services like this, Chloe ensured I was understood and the issue was rectified right away!! I can’t wait to go back for refills!!
