I’ve been coming here for about 12 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I live about 40 minutes away now but it’s still worth the drive. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. They take great care of my teeth and the dental insurance that they have through them is super affordable and a great deal.
100% reccomend these guys. Excellent at what they do and how they do it. Great on scheduling and getting you in on time. Nothing feels rushed, great explanations of every step of every process. Easily the most friendly and courteous staff around. I'd honestly wish I'd found them sooner! Truly could not be happier with the care provided. As a senior ,I have had to work with hundreds of professional businesses for various services. I can say without reservation that Lo Family Dental is a first class operation. From the time you enter until you leave. The costs charged are very reasonable for seniors citizens. You will search high and low to find a better dentist office.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. John Lo for years and he is outstanding! Coral and the rest of his staff are friendly and efficient, and the whole group, including Dr. Karen Yee-Lo, take a personal interest in their patients.
Dr. John is gentle and works with his patients to take care of their dental needs in a quick and financially reasonable and flexible manner.

My experience at Lo Family dental has been nothing short of amazing. I was loyal to my dentist in Olympia since I relocated to Washington back in 2017. After having my son we moved closer to Tacoma where I eventually purchased my first home in Lakewood. Not wanting to make that drive and with better benefits, I began my search for a dentist locally. The receptionist smiled through the phone and walked me through the process and advised me of the proper questions to ask my insurance to ensure Dr. Lo was in my network of providers. I was able to secure an appointment for both my son (who has special needs) and I at the same time. Everyone is just happy to be at work and truly cares about your experience. I hugged the hygienist who did my son’s teeth cleaning because she took her time, kept a calm voice and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. I heard her ask him for permission so he wouldn’t be afraid. Hands down Dr. Lo and his staff are amazing and I look forward to being just as loyal to him and his staff as I was to my dentist in Olympia. Thank you all for your service and I will be referring people to Lo Family Dental!!! 💕🥰
Our insurance offered a closer location to where we live, I left this other dentist office 2 voicemails to set up a new patient appointment but still to this day I have never received a call back & I’m so glad I didn’t!

We can only say great things about the whole staff, the way they talk to you, the way they help make your kids feel comfortable & answer all their little questions. My daughter is so excited every time she goes to her dentist office, overall very happy we picked this office.
I had a great dental appt with Dr. LO & his dental staff ,10/23/25, and the dental treatments of teeth cleaning and front-tooth filling were excellent. At my request, his office staff promptly got me into his office within one day.My dental care with Dr.Lo & his office team over the last 12 yrs, has been consistently excellent! Dr. Lo & his office team are competent, professional, prompt & courteous. His dental staff are competent, and patient-centered. The teeth cleaning care is thorough & the staff send you a phone message alert when txm is due. I moved from Lakewood to Olympia 2 yrs ago, and I wanted to retain Dr.Lo's dental services. The dental office is fastidious & all exam rooms very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Lo and his office staff to provide great dental care.

Having been a long time dental patient of Dr Lo, I recently broke off a front crowned tooth. I was examined by Dr Lo and fitted for a flipper tooth.
Dr Lo referred me to a local Periodontist. I was then seen By Dr S LaRosa for a work up plan to be fitted for a dental implant. Dr Lo's receptionist Leslie was prompt in providing me an appointment date and notification for the flipper
fitting. Lo Dental is our recommended go to for dental care.
