Quick and excellent service. It was later in the evening when my smart lock started jamming and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes to fix it. They were knowledgeable and also very patient while I had to try and fix the connection between my lock and the app. He also notices my door was loosening and he helped fix that as well! Last night, the lock on my back door got stuck- in couldn't open it, I tried to no avail for an hour. I called the Locksmith Men about 6:30.
