Locked myself out of my room with the keys inside stupidly. Called this company and Neil was quick to answer. He gave an estimate of 20 minutes but was a lot faster than that, he came very quick and sorted it out in two seconds (despite it being almost midnight). Literally saved my night , thank you!!

The lock on my uPVC front door had been playing up for months before it finally gave out this morning. Neil was luckily able to pop round that morning after a nearby job and fixed the lock. He was super friendly and honest about the job and for a really good price! I only wish I'd contacted him earlier instead of putting it off thinking the door would fix itself somehow. Would 100% recommend.

Contacted Neil after my upvc front door locking mechanism failed, he arrived within half hour, striped it down showed me the damage, fixed the fault and was excellently priced. Will definitely use again should any issues arise. And highly recommend his services.

Contacted Neil at 10pm he came round the next day gave me a cost for doing the work but it turned out parts need to be changed on the door so it was a bit more . He explain what needed to be done and why. He was open honest and did not rip me off. Would use him again. Great service .

Neil is an absolute star. I got locked out of my room at 1am and was so worried as I needed to be somewhere in the morning and had lost my keys. Neil was so quick at unlocking the door, it barely took him 2mins to do the job. Definitely recommending him to everyone.
