Called the office at 4.25pm as our UPVC front door multi-lock had seized and we were unable to lock the door. Karl came out immediately, and by 5.15pm had fixed the lock by replacing the lock gearbox and the key barrel, which had also become worn. Explained everything as it was being repaired. Both Karl and Paul who I subsequently spoke to were very friendly, very experienced and professional. Very happy with the price charged, and would definitely recommend Lock Assist, and will certainly use them again if we ever need a locksmith.

What amazing customer service. Rather than serve me with a call-out charge I was sent a video on how to fix my broken key issue myself. I even received a call from lock assist to see how I got on. Not many companies look after people like that. So highly recommended they made my week!

Our front door lock would not revert fully in on a Friday morning completely out of the blue. I called lock assist and by early afternoon, someone came out to have a look, explain what the issue was and what needed to be fixed. Within 20 minutes the lock mechanism had be fully replaced and was working perfectly again! Would definitely use LockAssist again!

First visited the shop, have previously called, to purchase new lock and felt confident to fit with Colin's instruction. Not successful when I did try as the problem was larger than first anticipated. Called LockAssist and Colin visited and persevered with solving the issue and fixing the lock professionally, cleanly and efficiently. Great customer service + honest advice = one happy customer. Would definitely use them again and very happy indeed to recommend LockAssist.

I called them in a bit of a panic after my door lock was broken and I had spent hours trying to fix it. Answered the phone in seconds and where actually at my house within 10 minutes. When they came around they were friendly and knew what they were talking about. Explained I would not have been able to fix it as the mechanism had actually broken and replaced the whole system that same day. They even changed the other locks to a better one while they where there and felt the whole thing was very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend and would call them again.

I called lock assist in an emergency when I was unable to lock my door due to the lock breaking unexpectedly. They answered my call quickly and were at my house fixing the door within an hour. The locksmith was friendly and knowledgeable and had the parts on his van to fix the lock there and then. The pricing was reasonable and seemed right for the parts and time spent. I would highly recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Lock Assist. I had a number of jobs to be done: installing a lock on a garden gate, internal and external locks to be installed on a conservatory. Paul and Carl literally went beyond the call of duty: they did these jobs and helped out with a number of other locks that were sticking around the house. Great guys: pleasant and helpful, as were the staff at the office.

Phenomenal service from Lock Assist. I was locked out with my son with the keys in the other side of the lock (sheer foolishness on my part). Lock Assist provided friendly, cheerful, courteous and professional service in rapid time. We were back in for £89 which I thought was very reasonable all things considered. Lock Assist should be the first call you make if you are locked out. I cannot remember the name of the gentlemen who came out, but cheers mate - you saved the day!

Wow! First class service and didn’t cost a penny! Phoned Paul as I couldn’t open my aunts front door from the inside. He was so helpful after I sent him a picture of the lock and he talked me through what may be the issue. He was right and the door lock is fine, just a user issue! Saved me a call out fee and replacement- thank you Lock Assist very helpful!!

Highly recommend! Latch broke on an internal door, not an urgent issue but still important to get sorted. I wasn’t sure if that was a job for a locksmith or not. Called Lock Assist and had a super experience. Answered my query and provided a quote over the phone, better still they called back and said Paul could come out the same afternoon, which was more than I expected. Paul was so friendly and professional, he sorted and fitted a new latch in no time and on his way out even insisted on taking a look at my front door as it seemed to be sticking! He went above and beyond and would use again and recommend without hesitation. Cost was also very reasonable for the time and aggravation it saved me.
