Excellent and friendly locksmith Wayne was very quick to respond to my request. Very friendly, good communication, and completed the job quickly and cleanly. He even took care of a couple of smaller jobs which weren’t in my initial request. Really nice guy, I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith.

After a miss communication with my better half, we found we'd both left home without our keys (on a Friday evening no less). Wayne was recommended to us and with so many locksmith scams, it was great to have someone who was genuine who came to help. He got us into our house without the bait-and-switch of drilling out the lock and then charging a fortune to fix a problem that needn't have existed. Does he charge the rock bottom call out of some of the more dubious operators, no, but trust me you will save in the long run. If you are in the Woodley/Reading area and need a locksmith I would recommend calling Wayne - we sure will.

Had an emergency call-out late last Friday evening when my front door lock gearbox failed and I couldn’t get inside. The locksmith arrived promptly despite the late hour, was extremely personable, and made an awkward situation much easier with his sense of humour. He was technically competent, diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and had me back inside without any fuss. Highly recommend — professional, skilled, and great to deal with when you’re stressed out.

Brilliant! Lovely guy, really efficient, no fuss. Replaced my front door lock which had been broken the day before by another locksmith! Therefore we couldn't lock the door at night. We phoned Wayne that night but he messaged that he couldn't do it until the morning. Fair enough. He did a great job.
