Sina was absolutely excellent. He came the very next day after I got home from a trip and realized my furnace wasn’t working. He quickly sourced the part I needed and even walked me through how to find the serial number ahead of time, which saved me from having to pay for an extra service call.
When he arrived, he was kind, professional, and very courteous. He fixed the issue within half an hour, such a relief.
After a previous company tried to push me into buying a brand new furnace, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with someone so honest and trustworthy. It’s not always easy to find people like that in this industry.
I’m so grateful for Sina and his company, and I will definitely be using them again if I ever have any issues in the future. Highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking and Sina came to the house and said it needed replacing. He was very efficient and easy to communicate with. I appreciated that as I had to work while the guys replaced the unit. They kept me informed and all was done without any stress. Good clean job.

I booked a consultation of our HVAC system after experiencing some excessive moisture on the windows. Sina was here in good time for this non-emergency, and was very informative and helpful. He was honest and told me the HVAC was in very good shape - didn't try to sell us any work. We'll definitely have him back (if needed!)

Waking up in the middle of the night with a newborn crying because the house was cold isn’t a fun experience. Trying to figure out how furnaces work in the middle of the night may be worse. From the moment I called his demeanour was comforting. He showed up shortly after, fixed the issue, and did it all with a smile. Lovely guy.
