We had such a great experience with this cleaning service! I booked a cleaning for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift, and they went above and beyond. The house looked amazing, they folded some piles of clean laundry, did dishes, and paid attention to little details that really made a difference. Everything felt so fresh and cared for afterward. Super appreciative of their hard work and kindness. Highly recommend!

Excellent job all the way around. I tried washing our deck with several different products, different brushes, a power washer and “elbow grease”, but it never looked clean - very frustrating! Chris got the deck actually looking clean. Even the dark stains on the deck posts, railings, and facia looked clean! I am very pleased! Even some nooks and crannies near the deck were clean.

My replacement cedar deck flooring was installed about 9 months ago. It had turned gray. Needed to prepare it for sealing/staining Made appointment with Prestige to power wash it to remove the gray. Mykhaylo arrived promptly as scheduled and an excellent representative of Prestige. The deck looked great while it was wet and looks a lot better when dry. However, I expected the gray to be completely gone when dry and it isn’t. Rated at four stars instead of five because of that. 10/27/2025 Update - Updated to 5 stars after applying TWP sealer/stain to the deck. It looks great!

I am not going to use this cleaning company anymore. I have been using them for about three years and overall the cleaning has been alright. However, everything is now so automated that it is difficult to get a person on the phone or to change something if you need variations in the cleaning. Maybe it is alright if you need the exact same cleaning done with regular schedules but otherwise it doesn't work very well. Also, if cleaners that have been scheduled do not show up it's not professional to blame it on AI - just admit you made a mistake!! Goodbye and good luck.
