Bad experience. Was asurred several times that all was good and would be closing on Friday the 5th of November only, find to out that following Monday that we have to wait until April 16th of 2026. A very BIG and HARD let down!!!

Loan Depot is a very good company. Everything was that as stated in the beginning stood the same at the end. The team worked well together and always answer any questions asked on a timely manner. The loan officer Ramina Zamanpour was amazing.
