Customer service at LoanDepot is spectacular. They have expert representatives that will guide you through a process that can otherwise be difficult to navigate. I had a wonderful experience with Arezoo, a loan officer that made the process of securing a loan painless. She was truly the best. Her guidance was invaluable in the process. I could never have chosen a better organization to secure a loan.
