Thanks so much for all of your help yesterday with rebooking my patients for me following my illness at such short notice and please pass on to all the Live Link team. It’s situations like this when I see the value of your reception service. It would have been a complete nightmare if I had to struggle with that on my own! We use LiveLink for our virtual reception at betterNOW! Healthcare - we find them an excellent adjunct to our front of house. They are unscripted and natural and our patients have no idea it isn't us! They communicate effectively with us and make sure we don't lose valuable business. We highly recommend them.

My review is from my patients really- when asked how were they on the phone I get.... "aww they are absolutely lovely, really nice. So helpful."
I have used many different agencies for remote reception cover and these are more expensive but you really get what you pay for with Livelink.

We have worked with Livelink for a little over a year and have been really happy with the service provided. To have a client put through to us and hear them say "What a great reception team you have" instantly puts us on the right footing to secure a sale. Within the team, Nicola in particular has worked really closely with us and she is the best team member we could have asked for, always friendly and chatty; learning about our products and how to best assist us!
