We’ve had a wonderful experience at Little Locals Richlands for 4+ years. From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made settling in so much easier. The educators are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children.
There are always lots of engaging activities for the kids, keeping them happy, stimulated, and excited to learn each day. It’s clear a lot of thought and effort goes into creating a positive and nurturing environment. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this centre to other families.
Little Local Daycare Richlands has been an incredible provider for our family. Starting with them when our child was just 10 months to now graduating at age 4. We have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are excellent, loving, and genuinely mindful of each child’s needs. They are always caring, approachable, and ready to help, which has made such a difference to us as parents.
The meals prepared by their chefs are another standout — healthy, nutritious, and genuinely yummy for the little ones. It’s reassuring to know our child was enjoying good food every day.
Now that my child is graduating, I’m honestly feeling a bit lost without them. That alone speaks volumes about the care, trust, and community they’ve created. We are so grateful for everything Little Local Daycare Richlands has given our child and our family.

Little Locals Richlands looked after our boys for 4 years and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The educators were amazing and genuinely care about the kids. Everytime we pick up the boys there would be lots of stories about the adventures they had that day and all the things they had learned. The Incursions were great and included in the fees. 100% would recommend if you are looking for a high quality daycare centre.

Little Locals Richlands has been nothing short of incredible for our family. They have cared for my twin boys for the past four years, and I honestly could not have asked for a more loving, caring, and dedicated team of educators and admin staff.
From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make both my boys feel completely at ease. As a first time mum of twins, the sleep schedules, feeding, and daily routines could have felt overwhelming—but the educators handled everything with such patience, compassion, and genuine care that I always felt confident my boys were in the safest hands.
What truly sets Little Locals apart is how much extra they give. The incursions, like Soccer, Music, Japanese lessons and special visits from Santa, Reptile Shows, Magic Shows and Ocean Life Marine Educational Incursions were all included in the fees and thoughtfully planned to enrich the children’s experiences. The meals were another standout—so creative, nutritious, and clearly made with love. Even at Christmas time, the centre felt like a family gathering, with special meals like slow cooked beef brisket and delicious, healthy desserts. It genuinely felt like my children were sitting down to a home-cooked family meal.
The little touches meant so much too—the coffee van out the front for parents was such a thoughtful addition and always helped put me at ease during busy mornings. Speical BBQ breakfasts on occasions such as Father's Day and grab and go bags for mums on Mother's Day were so carefully put together with love. Communication was exceptional. I even received courtesy calls when one of my twins was feeling anxious, without ever asking. That level of care and initiative made juggling work, drop-offs, and pick-ups so much easier and gave me total peace of mind.
One of the most beautiful things is the loyalty of the staff. Educators who cared for my boys when they were just one year old are still at the centre today, greeting them warmly as they’re about to turn five. The staff truly feel like a family, and that sense of stability and love shines through in everything they do. The educators are truly happy to be at work caring for your children.
The transitions between rooms were smooth, gentle, and carefully thought out, and when the boys moved into kindy they were welcomed with a special kindy shirt and a thoughtful welcome pack that made the transition feel exciting and safe.
Little Locals Richlands isn’t just a childcare centre—it’s a community and an extension of our family. I will forever be grateful for the love, care, and dedication they have shown my boys over the past four years. I couldn’t recommend them more highly and will forever remember the memories we created at Little Locals Richlands.

The daycare is always clean and well-organized. There’s a great variety of activities that keeps the kids engaged and happy. The staff truly cares about the children and creates such a warm, supportive environment. Highly recommend!

I rated LLR a 5stars because of its well-structured program that supports our child’s learning and development. The educators are caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The management team is professional, approachable, and always ensures a warm, welcoming environment. The centre is consistently clean and child-friendly, which gives us peace of mind. We also appreciate the regular updates through Storypark—it keeps us informed and involved in our child’s daily experiences.

Very highly recommended , i had my daughter in this childcare since she was 6 months and the people the care, the support, the food i was extremely happy until we had to move due to new home .
My daughter and we now have very high expectations from childcare and not very happy with our current situation 😭 she misses everyone.
The most genuine, warm and caring learning environment. The carers are nurturing and attentive and it shows in everything our kids do and tell us about their day. Grateful for this safe space for our little people to learn in.

Best childcare experience we have had. Every staff member we encountered was so warm and genuinely cared about our LO welfare. Thank you Ms Shalini, Ms Nadia, Ms Kaush, Ms Emma and all the nursery 1 and 2 carers. So sad we had to move interstate.
The centre is very clean and I appreciate the no shoe policy in the nursery rooms.
I absolutely recommend this centre without reservation.
Little Locals Richlands have made my family feel so welcome. Eli has transitioned from another centre and you have made the whole process so easy for him. My two little ones have been attending Little Locals. We moved from another local center. Since the move both the kiddies have made amazing progress hitting milestones with the encouragement of the staff. It's amazing how you can communicate with the staff through an app and get updates about the kid's routines and photos of their day. The cleanliness of this center is one all other centers should strive to achieve.
Best kindy program and daycare my son has ever been too! He has learnt so much from the educators they have all been absolutely wonderful to him! The communication is excellent everyday my son attends I enjoy seeing him participating in learning activities growing his confidence and the educators at this day care actually care and support your child’s development in learning and play! Ohh and to mention this place is so clean and welcoming!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊
