I'm in the UK and wanted to buy the cheese press, but there was an issue with the website and it wouldn't work over here for some reason. I sent a message to Gavin, who responded straight away and we made the transaction over email instead. I received the press on 2 weeks or so and am very pleased with it. Great service all round.
