I highly recommend LPES. Tony could not conduct an estate sale/clean out for my mother's house because of logistical and safety issues. However, he went above and beyond to carefully observe the house and items and gave me an honest, thorough assessment. He spent time (and even reached out to contacts) to give me suggestions for donating some items and clearing the house. He charged nothing for the consultation. I am grateful for the expertise and guidance he shared. LPES is a caring and ethical company, helping people through difficult situations. Thank you!

The older ladies seem rude, flippant, almost like they don’t want to be there. The prices are largely 30% too high to begin with, and the last day sale is only 30%… so it ends up being fair… ish… albeit a very cold feeling non exciting sale with just average prices. Nothing to get excited over

We moved to a smaller home and needed what remained liquidated. We found Tony on the web and decided to contact him. He made so much sense that we hired him. When we finally vacated the house he took over and did a fantastic job. He sold, donated , or junked the rest. The check he gave us was very satisfactory for all the effort he had to put into the task. In all we feel he was very professional and respective of the client.

He and his family organized everything at my moms house to get it ready for the estate sale. He is very friendly and professional and took great care Of the contents of her home. After they held the estate sale, Her home was swept clean. I highly recommend them.

I have been to a few of the sale/auctions and they are great! Organized and extremely friendly and helpful. I think some people feel uncomfortable going to these, especially at homes, thinking they will be walking into a high pressure sales environment and that could not be further from the truth. And, they are fun! I have found a few items already that I show off to friends.
