I highly recommend LPES. Tony could not conduct an estate sale/clean out for my mother's house because of logistical and safety issues. However, he went above and beyond to carefully observe the house and items and gave me an honest, thorough assessment. He spent time (and even reached out to contacts) to give me suggestions for donating some items and clearing the house. He charged nothing for the consultation. I am grateful for the expertise and guidance he shared. LPES is a caring and ethical company, helping people through difficult situations. Thank you!

The older ladies seem rude, flippant, almost like they don’t want to be there. The prices are largely 30% too high to begin with, and the last day sale is only 30%… so it ends up being fair… ish… albeit a very cold feeling non exciting sale with just average prices. Nothing to get excited over
