Highly recommend Lincoln Family Funerals. Jamie was our point of contact. My sister and I had a specific view on what was to occur at mums funeral and how the funeral and service would be delivered. With these things there are time constraints which meant we relied on Lincoln FF being responsive and they were very much so. Lincoln FF, had a can do attitude at every step and in all our requests and alterations.

Our family is truly grateful to Lincoln Family Funerals and especially Jamie for his care, professionalism, and compassion prior to and during my uncle's funeral and burial on the 9th October 2025. From my first phone call with Jamie, he was kind, patient, and guided me through every step involved and explaining options available. Jamie made everything easy for me, he was always a phone call away, a great communicator and followed up with email of key actions/decisions to be completed which kept us organised. On the day, when we were running behind with our final goodbyes, Jamie reassured us to take our time — a gesture that meant so much. He even walked ahead of the hearse as it left our home, a beautiful sign of respect. Throughout the day, Jamie handled everything calmly and professionally, ensuring the service ran smoothly. I am so thoroughly disappointed. Wasted a week of planning to never receive a callback over 4 days. Worst communication possible in this business. Zero sensitivity in their actions. A shame for the family to go through this at such a difficult time. I will now have to begin again with some other firm . 😕
