I went to see Manu about Invisalign, but instead of rushing into treatment, he carefully checked my overall dental health and identified some gum issues that needed attention first.
Melissa, the hygienist, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. What really stands out is how the whole team works together for the patient’s benefit — explaining everything clearly and guiding you through the process. A truly caring and professional team.(Desy)
They leave you on hold for hours then end the call to make you repeat the same process all again this is my second time I called this afternoon and still not gotten through so much for “the best dental care in the uk”

I have recently finished Invisalign treatment at Lincoln dental and implant studio with Dr Manu and had the best experience. My treatment lasted around 6 months. Now I feel confident in my smile thanks to the practice. The reception and nurse team was always so welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Be careful when making appointments with these they decided to up the price by £500 half way through my dental plan.
I have seen your replay and it is not right, I have had all my requested scans completed since the original appointment and wanted this done as soon as possible. I was advised to have my teeth whitening done before the implants what I have done. I believe that as I have had the consultation, paid for all the scans and continued with the recommended procedure my detenal treatment has started and the price agreed at the start should be honoured. I have not missed an appointment out of my choice but have had 2 cancelled appointments from your clinic. I am a cash buyer and don't think this is how you should treat your customers. This thread can be deleted but everything I am saying is 100% true.

Hi Kris, Thanks for taking your time to leave a feedback.I had a chance to go through your records.You haven't signed any treatment plan with us for your implant treatment . I can see you had the consultation with our implantologist ,first week of July and and estimate and detailed report was given to you that week.We didn't hear from you regarding implant estimate from.july till this week.Our estimates like any businesses are valid only for 30 days from the day of estimate . As per our records ,you were unsure about going forward with the implant treatment and mentioned this week to the reception that you would like to go forward with the implant treatment now.( 4 months after your initial consultation with us) Like most businesses we review our prices quarterly and the receptionist informed you that the prices on the revised estimate would be higher than in July since our prices have gone up in those 4 months.
I hope this clarifies any confusion with the pricing structure.Please do not hesitate to contact our practice manager ,if you needneed any further clarification.

I highly recommend Lincoln Dental And Implant Studio for all routine dental care, I always feel well taken care of here. And I also just recently completed my Invisalign treatment here too, which overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. The process was clearly explained, the support during check-ups was excellent, and I am absolutely thrilled with my final results.

I visited last week for a new patient check up after having a bad experience at another dental practice. The whole process was amazing.
From initial contact with the reception team (Claire) all the way through to the checkup done by Manu.
I’m autistic and struggle with appointments of any kind the best of times. The studio itself was warm and welcoming as were the staff. Manu explained everything he was doing at each stage of the checkup so I knew exactly what to expect. He listened to my concerns and made me feel confident and better about coming to the dentist.
A lovely experience all round!
