I left you a nice reply, apologizing that you were having an issue, and left my cell number so I could make it right.
However since then, I have reached out to all clients that checked out repaired PS5s within two days of your review, and none of them are having any issues.
I also have searched our system for your name, and nobody by your name has been in, in the last 3 years.
The only other review that has been left on your google maps account, is a positive repair for one of our competitors. This is obviously a fake review meant to defame us. Please remove it. We are a local family owned business, who legitimately cares about our clients and quality of work we provide. Thank you,

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to share my wonderful experiences with Lightning Repairs!
After spilling significant amounts of liquid on my Macbook Air on two separate occasions (whoops), the team at Lightning Repairs had my laptop up and running the very next day both times I brought it in - super helpful for a busy college student like myself!
I'm beyond impressed at the quality of their liquid assessment/clean up service in that my laptop is still functioning today despite those (very substantial) spills! I really appreciated how the individual working on my device called me after the assessment was done (within hours of drop off) and thoroughly explained the options I had. At pickup, they showed me images of the inside of the laptop, patiently explained all the parts that were damaged, and discussed the impact that would have on the functionality of my device.
All in all I have been consistently happy with the services I've received at Lightning Repairs and would highly highly recommend!
Outstanding SAME DAY service & repair of my badly damaged iPhone 15 Pro. Took a chance & dropped in to see if they could repair my iPhone BEFORE my scheduled business travel time later tht evening.
Detailed estimate on the spot with a promise to have it done/tested before closing time (less than 3 hours !). Picked it up 2.5 hours later. All repairs completed & the estimate was spot on.

My Nintendo Switch lite had a broken joystick, and I brought it here on the 22n'd of November, a Saturday. Not only did the wonderful staff repair and clean my Switch lite, they did it in record time and at a great price. Very much impressed!
The whole store is clean and tidy, with electronics for sale in a cabinet, and free refreshments while you wait!
Would definitely choose again for electronics repairs.
they did an awesome job repairing my macbook air recently! they had it back to me within a week, which was essential for me as a college student. price was fair, and the $99 diagnostic fee went into my repair cost! i also appreciated their honesty on whether i should have my ipad checked out as well (due to water damage in my backpack), they didn’t just say yes to get another $99, which truly says something about their character!
Lightning repairs was wonderful to work with and very great customer service, kept me up to date and prioritized my device repair after learning a parts shipment got delayed, Aaron I believe is the name of the gentleman who I spoke with at the counter on my two visits to the store and he was very patient, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I asked a stressed out college kid without his laptop had for him, if I ever have a tech related issue again lightning repairs will be my first stop
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! The staff is wonderful and so friendly. The pricing is more than fair. The turnaround time is excellent. First, we had a work laptop that quit working. They had it back to us in under 24 hours. Upon pickup of the laptop, I asked if they could possibly retrieve photos off an almost 20-year-old damaged LG Chocolate cell phone that could no longer turn on or charge. They said they would give it a try. THEY WERE ABLE TO RETRIEVE THESE PRICELESS PHOTOS FOR ME!!! I am beyond pleased. They kept me informed along the way of additional costs and called ahead for authorization every time something new popped up. I cannot thank them enough for all the work they did.
I went to Lightning Repairs a couple years ago because of an issue with my Pixel phone. I had already gone to a few repair shops that pretty much told me to go get a new phone and it wasn't worth their time. I came into Lightning Repairs and they were very clear with explaining what the issues were and the chance that they wouldn't be able to fix it. They gave me a loaner phone while they worked on my phone and were very professional even though my phone wasn't able to be repaired.
The team did a great job of communicating at each step of the process! The turn around for my computer diagnostic test was very quick and I was able to get my computer back in time for school. Thanks again guys!
