I booked Lightning Limousine’s all inclusive wine tour for my family for my parents birthdays. We had Stephanie as our driver and could not have had a better time! She was so attentive and thoughtful. She took photos for us at every stop and it was sooo amazing having lunch provided halfway thru the day. I would definitely book with them again next time I am in the area!

We hired two cars from Lightning Limo to drive 10 wedding guests from Rochester, NY to Buffalo, NY, and back. Both our drivers - Jerry and Tyler - were professional, prompt, and personable. The Escalades were impeccably clean and perfect working order. All guests enjoyed their transports. Gary (owner) and Stephanie (administration/driver) were also very helpful, and made the transaction quite easy. We HIGHLY recommend this company - so much so that the very day after the wedding for which they provided transports, we hired Lightning Limo again to provide transportation for an upcoming event. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received. The entire experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of accountability, and what appears to be a deliberate effort to take advantage of the situation.
We had arranged and confirmed a transfer specifically for the day of the NASCAR race. All prior correspondence clearly referenced this date. However, the invoice was issued for the incorrect day — the day before the event — without notifying us of this change and consequently paid for without us noticing it.
Despite our hotel staff informing your team that we would not be arriving on the day listed in the invoice, when the driver arrived there no effort was made to contact us or to confirm the details and they proceeded as if the service had been properly rendered.
All this despite, staff discussing the NASCAR event with us in advance via email, including parking arrangements and logistics for race day, which further confirms that they were fully aware of the purpose of the transfer and the actual date when it was required.
Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to reschedule, the Lightning Limousine company chose to wait until after the service date had passed — a service we never received — and claimed it had been completed. This is completely unacceptable.
When we tried to resolve the situation, we were met with rudeness, no willingness to cooperate, and no reply regarding a refund — not even a partial one — for a service that was clearly not delivered as agreed.
This was not just a logistical error; it reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. We would strongly discourage others from using your services based on this experience.

You are a third party company first or all and you made the mistake for your customers not us we clearly went by the date you asked for and provided all the emails that were sent back and forth. You requested three day trips one to NYC also for airport transportation, a dinner run also . You canceled everything then scheduled one again the races were a three day event you asked for Saturday which we sent an invoice to your email you looked it over and paid it . We send all invoices to our customers to go over and pay themselves so who made the mistake??? We did what you asked also showed up on the date you requested our chauffeur checked in with the owner of the establishment and your clients we due to show up on that same date ! We have proof or everything why did you wait two months to write this review if we were in the wrong ? Oh wait yes your bullying us by leaving this review because your not getting a refund for something we had nothing to do with . I ask that you take down this review so the right thing and call us so you don’t have to lose our business in the future because we are an outstanding company with nothing but good feedback from our real customers. We had such a wonderful time on our wine tour! Tyler was an amazing driver and the entire office worked wonderfully and efficiently with us! We had nothing to worry about except having fun! And the lunch provided in the package we chose was perfect! Thanks again!

Gary was a life saver and drove us with very little notice from Syracuse, NY to Boston, MA in the middle of the night. He was a very attentive driver and made us feel super safe. Will definitely be calling Gary for future rides!!

Lightning Limo was easy to work with & flexible with planning. We needed transportation for our daughter’s wedding for multiple small groups of people, short distances, over a couple of hours. Our driver, Tyler did whatever we needed him to do, got people where they needed to be, even ran a groomsmen up to an Airbnb for a first look for pictures, couldn’t have been more polite and helpful…. And the cold water bottles that were provided on a hot July today were very much appreciated!! Great job! Would use them again!!

The only reason I gave 5 stars is because there isn’t an option to leave more. I called last minute for an emergency ride to an airport 2 hours away for my 19 year old son that was stuck. Without hesitation they took my business and provided first class transportation. I can’t thank Stephanie enough for treating my son like family and making sure he got to his destination perfectly.
