Highly recommend I had a consultation and massage with Cameron after injuring my rhomboid. I wasn’t actually sure what I had done or how best to recover, but Cameron was really helpful in identifying the issue and explaining everything clearly. The treatment and advice he gave me made a huge difference to my recovery, and I felt much better after the session. He was professional, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand the injury rather than just treating the symptoms. I’d definitely recommend Cameron to anyone dealing with an injury or looking for help with their recovery!

Had treatment from Emily and Amie for serious back and knee pain for months while training in the gym with real day to day life impacts , didn’t know how was going to resolve. Lovely girl, easy to talk to she understood the issue immediately, extremely knowledgable, isolated the pain straight away , found the cause of the issues (there were a few!) and made immediate impact. Can’t thank her enough will continue to use, highly recommend 10/10🙌

I sought out physio for lower back pain which was hurting on a daily basis. I had one session with Daniel Thompson and he diagnosed my issue and gave me excercises to do to resolve the root cause. Within two weeks my back pain had fully gone and I feel back to my normal self. Would recommend to anyone it was well worth it and Daniel is friendly and very knowledgable.

Great experience with Cameron Thomson, quickly seen following an injury and on the path to recovery. I’ve seen Cameron previously for my shoulder which cleared up in a few weeks following his exercise program and more recently with my hamstring things are going great after only 2 sessions! Would recommend.
