Jen and Tim and crew are great to work with for your lift needs. I have been using them for over 15 years. This year they went above and beyond as I had an insurance claim that was pretty complex. Jen helped me through the paperwork and the lift was delivered on the exact date it was needed. Installation was professional and they take the time to make sure everything is perfect. They are a company that you can count on!

Great working with Jen and Tim! They were both very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase and installation of my docks and boat lift. We purchased a dock this summer and could not have been more pleased with the process. Jen is the best to work with, answering all of my questions and addressing all concerns. I had a nice experience purchasing a Craftlander pontoon lift from Lifts and Docks. I found them easy to work with, as well as more interested in my business than several of their competitors.
Julian and Nick were great showing me how to install the canopy when I finally had my boat in the water. I really like the electric lift with remotes. In and out is now a breeze!

After calling around a few places and finding out we could not get the dock pieces we needed for our old dock, a neighbor recommended Lifts and Docks. We stopped in and spoke to Jen. Very professional and super nice to sit with, she quoted us a price for a new dock. We had called another place earlier that week and got sticker shock! Jens price was very fair and perfect for what we needed.We ordered the next day and our dock was installed a week later! The crew showed up on time, they were very professional and friendly.

Jen did a great job of finding us a lift and Tim did a timely delivery and installation. Jen and Tim came to my house on a Saturday, the day after I called them about a problem, and shortly thereafter both were in the water in their street clothes fixing the problem. How’s that for service?
Tim and his team are great to work with! When I bought a new Manitou Tri-toon a few years ago I needed a new lift. Tim assembled it and installed it at my cottage. The lift works great! He is very helpful from a service standpoint when you do something silly like crank the lift up the wrong way and tear into the housing…simply explained how to fix with a step by step video! Because my cable got damaged tearing through the metal housing, it snapped and he quickly had the replacement on my doorstep within days of my text to him! I highly recommend Tim & his company!!

We just purchased a pontoon lift from Lifts and Docks. We had a great experience and highly recommend them for your dock and lift needs.
