Edit.... I thought they were great but ...... Nope!! I have no idea what logic they used, I have master bedroom stuff packed in boxes that say garage, pieces of chairs are missing, the "delivery" crew was 2 guys, who made it clear they were tired and just wanted to go home. They put a couple things in rooms then just loaded everything in the garage!!! There are master bedroom and other boxes in the garage, clearly marked "master bedroom" then there are bedroom boxes in the kitchen. Absolutely horrible, we paid for white glove surface. They left beds unassembled, the "parts" box is a joke!! I'm missing legs for loungers, they didn't even put the legs on the couch!!! Not what expected for White Glove Service!!! Stay away, run from Lifetime as quickly as possible!!!!! I'm rather upset that I tipped the pack up people, who obviously didn't have any regard for our items!! Our Foreman Carlos was on top of everything. Carlos is an asset to Lifetime!!! Thank you

Ok...so these guys were amazing. Jose, Isaac and Tulio were professional, courteous and super efficient. In fact, thanks to this crew were so good that we were able to cancel the additional storage unit that I thought we were going to need...saving us like 200 bucks a month...and everything was packed so nothing would be damaged. All I ask is that you remember who did this job for us. It's because of them that I will use Lifetime for our cross country move in the next few months! Thanks again guys. It was much appreciated.

I recently used this moving company, and I can honestly say they’re the best I’ve ever worked with! The team was super professional, on time, and efficient from start to finish. They went straight from my old location to my new one without any unnecessary stops in between (which other companies have done to drag out the time and cost). The price I was quoted before the move was exactly what I paid—no hidden fees or surprise charges. I also appreciated that they didn’t charge for an extra hour just to show up, only for the time they were actually working. The movers themselves were friendly, kind, and handled everything with care. The move went quickly and smoothly, and even though it averaged about $200 an hour, it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and professionalism. I’ve used several moving companies before, and this one is by far my favorite. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again the next time I move!

The Lifetime Moving and Storage team was excellent, professional, careful, and fast. The estimate was right on. The job was to unload a UPack trailer shipped from FL to AZ, load the contents onto their truck, and move them to my new home in Phoenix. The original moving company that loaded the trailer in FL did a terrible job. There were many damaged items and boxes, all in disarray and precariously stacked, having shifted during shipment mostly due to breakage. The Lifetime team worked so well together, there were no injuries and no further damage to my items. I would definitely use them again.
