Our overall experience was outstanding. After receiving our water testing results, which were explained in extensive detail and the technician allowed us to ask any clarifying questions we had which ultimately led to our purchase of the reverse osmosis drinking water system and Liberty Pure Water Treatment System. I was pleasantly shocked when the installation was scheduled within 72 hours of our results being given to us. Our installation technician was prompt and very professional. He left no mess outside or inside our home and made sure to explain everything he had installed in depth. He ensured that we knew how to maintain our purchased products. We are excited to see the results from these two systems we have purchased.

The absolute worst!! Liberty Pure installed a water softener in my home. The actual install went great, so I scheduled for them to come out and keep up the maintenance. A few months later they came out and replaced the filter. Up until their visit the water softener was working fine. The next day the water softener stops working. I call Liberty Pure to report the issue and the company wants me to pay for the visit that ruined my softener and another visit for them to come and look at the damage they caused. I absolutely refuse. It cost me more to get the water softener back up and running than it did for them to replace the filter. They better be lucky I'm not suing them for the repair cost. I would never recommend or use these people again.

Liberty Pure came today for yearly service. We have the same thing done every year for our water treatment and reverse osmosis system. The technician who came today was absolutely wonderful, took his time and was sure to update us throughout the whole process. Turns out the person who came to service us last year never re-opened valves after servicing and therefore the treatment system was not working for the last year.... What is the purpose of paying a few hundred dollars every year for a specialist to come out and not complete the work correctly. We pay the company to ensure the work is done properly.... So only to find out a year later by the next specialist that the system was never re-opened to work was disheartening and frustrating. The technician today gets 5/5 stars and was professional and wonderful. In the future we aren't sure that we will be interested in using or recommending Liberty Pure due to the uncertainty of the system even being in working condition upon the technician leaving. Disappointed because we previously raved about the customer service and experience with this company.

This company was amazing! They explained everything, answered all my questions, patiently. Didn’t require a deposit tech showed up on time, put the booties on to protect my floors and carpet. He was respectful and made sure I understood the system correctly. Highly recommend Liberty Pure

Quiet, serious workers removed the old pressure tank and motor and installed a whole new system in half a day. We now have sediment-free, non-acidic water that should allow a few appliances to run at the same time! The big tank is gone and a small tank is in its place. The new well pump can sense how much water is being used and adjust it's output accordingly. Our water now flows and tastes so much better than our old water.
Feels like getting a new house.
