Helping my mom post her review : First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to CAESAR, NAPOLI & SPIVAK PLLC. I am an elderly person living alone, and today I want to sincerely share how I feel. A few years ago, I was involved in a car accident, and this incident had a tremendous impact on my life. Before the accident, I was still working and paying the mortgage on my home. But after the accident, I lost my job, my body was in constant pain and required ongoing treatment, and the burden of the mortgage continued. That period of time was truly the lowest point in my life. At my most helpless moment, it was this firm that reached out and helped me. Three years ago, my mother was involved in a terrible accident where a forklift at a supermarket ran over her foot. It was a painful and traumatic experience for our family. At first, the supermarket only had a basic primary insurance policy, which we feared wouldn’t come close to covering her medical expenses and long-term care. But Christian Kubic and Queenie's team was able to further investigate thoroughly and uncovered a secondary insurance policy that the supermarket hadn’t disclosed. On top of that, they were able to close the case in under three years which will be very helpful to my elderly mother in the coming years. They have honestly brought our family peace of mind and financial relief.
