Joe did a very professional job. I’d originally hired a different roofer who left it in a passable condition but not to a high standard finish. Joe finished it off to an exceptional standard and top finish. As should have been….. Had I hired Joe in the first place….. !! I would recommend to anyone. Good job.

Lift and relay of tiles and urgent works Joe and the team were working on the house next door so it was an ideal opportunity to have them assess my roof and some storm damage. After receiving a quote and speaking with Joe, I was confident in his team doing the work. All works were carried out wonderfully and I am delighted. Joe sent videos throughout the works to explain what was being done which was greatly appreciated. Very pleased I made the decision to use Level Roofing.

Replaced tiles and repaired leak to the roof. Cleaned gutters and added new felting and trays. Joe and his team responded to my ad for a leak in roof and came out immediately to carry out an assessment of work required. I had previously had 3 people let me down prior to Joe responding so swiftly. Joe arranged for scaffolding to be erected, then a date for work to commence. I was kept updated throughout the repair work being done and was very happy with the repair. I would highly recommend Joe and his team in the future.

Having seen the high quality of work done for my neighbour, I had my roof renovated by them. I was not disappointed. The roofers were excellent and the Joe their manager attentive to my needs. Video updates were provided regularly, giving peace of mind. A price was agreed which was stuck to, even though there was extra work that planned for. I am very happy with the outcome.

I’ve recently moved in to a new house and asked Joe to repair a leaking roof on an extension and to renew guttering and fascias where necessary. He did an honest assessment of the state of the roof and discussed with me the best approach to take and how much work I wanted to be done at this stage. The team did a great job and were also able to complete additional work that we agreed was necessary as the job progressed. I’m very happy with the work that has been done.

Great Team, Trustworthy and Very Skilled My roof was in a mess, tiles were falling off and the parapet walls were terrible. Joe has worked for me on a few big jobs over the years and I would highly recommend him. He’s very thorough, his team are really talented and he’s detailed on the work to be carried out and I’ve always trusted him and his team - I called him out of the blue once on a small job about four years ago and from that first phone call I would recommend him.

Replaced pitched roof with two dormers & porch roof Joe & his team at Level roofing have just completed my New pitched roof with dormers along with new front porch roof. Joe made sure from the first phone call to finished project went as smooth as possible keeping updated on progress from start to finish, sending videos so could see exactly what was being done along with any issues they came across. I can’t recommend them highly enough for doing exactly what was expected & more. Especially after getting 7 quotes & very happy with the price I paid. 💯 would use again & recommend to friends & family. Thanks Steve

Full roof and gutter replacement including new chimney pots. We booked Level Roofing to replace damaged guttering, but suspected other problems with our roof. Joe undertook a survey and advised that the best option would be a full roof replacement and provided a detailed quote. We were extremely happy with the work, which was explained at every stage. The videos and photographs as work progressed were particularly useful and re-assuring. Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with, arriving each day on time. They were very knowledgeable and hardworking. The work was completed in excellent time, to a very high standard. We would highly recommend them

Roof repair - repointing chimneys and new slate roof installation I unfortunately had a botched job done to my roof by a different company before the Christmas period and Joe and his team were able to come in and get that sorted for me in the new year. He highlighted what had gone wrong last time and was able to advise me on other issues. He's incredibly communicative and genuinely trustworthy. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

Excellent work and excellent customer service Joe was exceptional from initial quotation to completion of work. We initially needed our chimney stacks upgraded and ended up having a new section of roof as well. Joe organised the job and made it as stress free as possible.
