Roof repair I want to thank the team for finally resolving the leaks in my roof. Having seen the high quality of work done for my neighbour, I had my roof renovated by them. I was not disappointed. The roofers were excellent and the Joe their manager attentive to my needs. Video updates were provided regularly, giving peace of mind. A price was agreed which was stuck to, even though there was extra work that planned for. I am very happy with the outcome.

I’ve recently moved in to a new house and asked Joe to repair a leaking roof on an extension and to renew guttering and fascias where necessary. He did an honest assessment of the state of the roof and discussed with me the best approach to take and how much work I wanted to be done at this stage. The team did a great job and were also able to complete additional work that we agreed was necessary as the job progressed. I’m very happy with the work that has been done.

Roof repairs. I found Level Roofing to be professional, trustworthy and considerate. Through verbal updates and WhatsApp videos, I was kept fully informed as to what work was being undertaken and what was achieved each day. I found the explanations and videos clear and reassuring. Great Team, Trustworthy and Very Skilled My roof was in a mess, tiles were falling off and the parapet walls were terrible. Joe has worked for me on a few big jobs over the years and I would highly recommend him. He’s very thorough, his team are really talented and he’s detailed on the work to be carried out and I’ve always trusted him and his team - I called him out of the blue once on a small job about four years ago and from that first phone call I would recommend him.

Replaced pitched roof with two dormers & porch roof Joe & his team at Level roofing have just completed my New pitched roof with dormers along with new front porch roof. Joe made sure from the first phone call to finished project went as smooth as possible keeping updated on progress from start to finish, sending videos so could see exactly what was being done along with any issues they came across. I can’t recommend them highly enough for doing exactly what was expected & more. Especially after getting 7 quotes & very happy with the price I paid. 💯 would use again & recommend to friends & family. Thanks Steve

Full roof and gutter replacement including new chimney pots. We booked Level Roofing to replace damaged guttering, but suspected other problems with our roof. Joe undertook a survey and advised that the best option would be a full roof replacement and provided a detailed quote. We were extremely happy with the work, which was explained at every stage. The videos and photographs as work progressed were particularly useful and re-assuring. Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with, arriving each day on time. They were very knowledgeable and hardworking. The work was completed in excellent time, to a very high standard. We would highly recommend them

Roof repair - repointing chimneys and new slate roof installation I unfortunately had a botched job done to my roof by a different company before the Christmas period and Joe and his team were able to come in and get that sorted for me in the new year. He highlighted what had gone wrong last time and was able to advise me on other issues. He's incredibly communicative and genuinely trustworthy. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

Excellent work and excellent customer service Joe was exceptional from initial quotation to completion of work. We initially needed our chimney stacks upgraded and ended up having a new section of roof as well. Joe organised the job and made it as stress free as possible. He kept us informed throughout and provided an excellent service - both in terms of workmanship and communication.

Change new roof Joe and his team helped us to change our roof as it is a 100years old one. The First day they stripped off half of the roof and completed the work in 7 days. Much quicker than I thought it would be. Communication is clear. My neighbor didnt plan to change his roof but after seeing my roof changed, he decided to change as well.

New back section of roof Joe and team were amazing. On my first meeting with joe he really explained what needed to be done clearly, gave advice and his quote was reasonable and fair. Before and during the job he kept me and my neighbour informed every step of the way especially when he came across any unexpected issues and communicated well. He clearly has lots of experience and did a very good professional job. Always polite and on time and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend Level Roofing.
