Excellent work and excellent customer service (SE10) Joe was exceptional from initial quotation to completion of work. We initially needed our chimney stacks upgraded and ended up having a new section of roof as well. Joe organised the job and made it as stress free as possible. He kept us informed throughout and provided an excellent service - both in terms of workmanship and communication.

Roof repair - repointing chimneys and new slate roof installation (SE10) I unfortunately had a botched job done to my roof by a different company before the Christmas period and Joe and his team were able to come in and get that sorted for me in the new year. He highlighted what had gone wrong last time and was able to advise me on other issues. He's incredibly communicative and genuinely trustworthy. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

Full roof and gutter replacement including new chimney pots. (DA7) We booked Level Roofing to replace damaged guttering, but suspected other problems with our roof. Joe undertook a survey and advised that the best option would be a full roof replacement and provided a detailed quote. We were extremely happy with the work, which was explained at every stage. The videos and photographs as work progressed were particularly useful and re-assuring. Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with, arriving each day on time. They were very knowledgeable and hardworking. The work was completed in excellent time, to a very high standard. We would highly recommend them

Replaced pitched roof with two dormers & porch roof (DA1) Joe & his team at Level roofing have just completed my New pitched roof with dormers along with new front porch roof. Joe made sure from the first phone call to finished project went as smooth as possible keeping updated on progress from start to finish, sending videos so could see exactly what was being done along with any issues they came across. I can’t recommend them highly enough for doing exactly what was expected & more. Especially after getting 7 quotes & very happy with the price I paid. 💯 would use again & recommend to friends & family. Thanks Steve

Repair chimneys and then additional roof work. (SE6) Level Roofing were reliable and explained their work clearly. They sent photos as the work progressed. They worked quietly and efficiently and cleared up well when they finished.

Change new roof (DA7) Joe and his team helped us to change our roof as it is a 100years old one. The First day they stripped off half of the roof and completed the work in 7 days. Much quicker than I thought it would be. Communication is clear. My neighbor didnt plan to change his roof but after seeing my roof changed, he decided to change as well.

Pitched Roof Replacement (RH9) Found Joe on google, contacted him and he responded instantly and initially gave me a quote off of another quote I had received, he then came down shortly afterwards to assess the roof and he then revised the quote. He's very flexible and professional and he also recommended the electrician - Jason who I ended up going with for our renovation project and I couldn't have asked for more.

Full replacement of gutters and fascias in Victorian semi-detached (SE18) Excellent service and workmanship from Joe and his team - highly recommended.

New back section of roof (SE25) Joe and team were amazing. On my first meeting with joe he really explained what needed to be done clearly, gave advice and his quote was reasonable and fair. Before and during the job he kept me and my neighbour informed every step of the way especially when he came across any unexpected issues and communicated well. He clearly has lots of experience and did a very good professional job. Always polite and on time and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend Level Roofing.

New roof (SE26) I was frankly apprehensive of going ahead with the work of replacing my mid terrace house roof because of all sorts of problems as I saw it. Permissions, lack of access, neighbours, time factor and reliability. Joe, Al, Will and Dan of Level Roofing put my mind to rest and ticked every box and it was in the end a very good experience and I was very pleased with the finished job. . Complete roof tile, batten, felt, hanging tile, fascia, soffit and gutter replacement (BR5) Joe and the crew from Level Roofing were excellent. Joe went out of his way to answer my questions and address my concerns long before I committed to the work. I found them honest, genuine, hardworking and thorough throughout the entire process and the pricing was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need them but I would definitely use again.

New roof, plus new cladding for soffits and fascias (BR2) I had asked for quotes for repairs for a couple of issues with my roof (suspected slipped tiles and holes in the soffits/fascias). We agreed on cladding for the woodwork and revised this to a full replacement of the roof. I was expecting to need to do this due to the age of the roof- 96 years- and the warnings in my house survey. Joe and his team were courteous, cheerful and professional at every stage. They completed the work within a few weeks, allowing me to enjoy a holiday with peace of mind. They let me up on the roof to check the work. All good so far. I would definitely recommend them.
