GUYS!! This is the place to take your dog for training. My dog, Koda, was a handful. I couldn’t take him anywhere without him barking, pulling to the point of choking himself, and jumping on people. Jessie and Cindy, truly changed our lives! I am finally able to take him for walks with no more pulling! They teach you how to train your dog and they are there for the lifetime of your dog! Jessie and Cindy thank you for everything you did! Update: I had 2 more dogs go through the program again and the results truly speak for themselves. Scout and ellie were out of control and made it impossible to leave them alone due to anxiety. With 2 dogs it’s quite difficult but jessie got them into shape! Their recall, leash manners and overall manners were drastically changed for the better! They are there for a lifetime which is so hard to find as well as no e collars or prong collars used! I was looking for a place for my year old labradoodle mini Zoey that would provide an intensive start on good behavior training that I could then continue at home. I was impressed with ‘Let’s Train Your Dog’ philosophy of positive training and that they kept in contact with me throughout the week with videos and texts about Zoeys progress. These also helped me understand how to continue the training when she came home. I am very happy with the training Zoey received, I continue to work with her, but if I have a question or concern I can contact Cindy or Jessie and they respond very quickly. I have had many comments about how nice Zoey acts, and what a good dog she is … and I am quick to give credit where it is due, to Cindy and Jessie and their outstanding training program. Several years later I am have a Schanoodle pup Milly. Once again I reached out to Cindy at Let’s Train Your Dog to give my very active Milly a good start with training since my dog Zoey’s experience was so great. I am so impressed and delighted with Milly’s progress. Their training techniques are positive and loving. I especially appreciate that I can contact them if I have any questions or concerns. I had a great experience with this board and train program, especially working with Cindy. She is incredibly sweet and clearly cares so much about the dogs she trains. I chose them because they use positive reinforcement, and it was worth it even though I live in a different state. My dog learned so much while he was there. He did get injured during his stay, but Cindy handled it very well—she told me right away, kept me updated, and contacted the vet. I really appreciated her honesty and communication. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was at my breaking point with my 6-month-old Shih Tzu, Tallie. She was anxious, barked and cried constantly, and wouldn’t stop jumping on my 14-year-old, male Shih Tzu, S’more, who can no longer see, hear, or walk well. After 4 months, I truly didn’t know if I could keep her. Finding Let’s Train Your Dog was a blessing! Cindy immediately made me feel supported and understood - no shaming. Her training is positive, tailored, easy to follow, and clearly explained. I saw progress quickly- not only in Tallie’s behavior, but in her confidence. We adopted our girl, Koda, from a rescue several months ago. She’s the sweetest girl but came with a handful of naughty behaviors. We had taken her through basic obedience and didn’t see much change and we were at the end of our ropes and frustrated with her. She was impulsive, bossy, and wouldn’t listen. I reached out to Cindy and Jessie and they were more than willing and confident to help her, even with her breed (1/2 pitty). Koda went to the 2 week board and train and came home a different dog. She has strong foundations for all of her training and it’s been a smooth transition for us. We’ve been able to keep up what they have taught us and Koda improves everyday. Jessie was super responsive and treated Koda with love and kindness. The daily videos were so helpful and I know if we run into any future problems she’s just a phone call away willing to help. Highly recommend for anyone who needs help with their dog!

Jessie worked with our anxious 2-year old poodle for a week. She's not an easy dog, but Jessie established trust so fast and did so well with her! When she came home, we immediately saw significant improvement in her confidence level and impulse control. She provided regular video updates and is super responsive for all of our many questions. We am so incredibly grateful to have found Cindy and Jess. We adopted a 14 week old rescue from the Ute Reservation. We had him for 12 days and then had a work trip we could not change. We needed a very reliable dog person to care for and train our new addition. We couldn’t be happier with Let’s Train Your dog! Cindy cared for our guy like her own. If we could leave a higher than 5-star review for Cindy at Let’s Train Your Dog, Inc., we absolutely would! We sent our puppy to her for a week, and she truly went above and beyond. The transformation was amazing—our puppy came home better behaved, giving us huge relief with crate training, potty training, and separation anxiety. Update: Cindy was incredible enough to take Autumn back for additional puppy training as part of her 100% guarantee. After a vet visit caused a small setback in our training, Cindy picked her up right where we left off and resumed training. Because her word means something! Great experience with Jessie taking in our 11 month old puppy! She did a great job working with us to set expectations for what happens before, during, and after! Results have been great! The important thing is keeping with the training/commands when your dog is returned to show consistency from the week of training to transitioning back home! Seriously, it’s been almost a night and day difference! I’ve recommended lets Train Your Dog to a couple of friends already. Highly recommended if you’ve got some doggy behavioral problems at home!

Wow.. just WOW! Jessie is one-of-a-kind. I cannot begin to express our deep gratitude for Jessie and Let's Train Your Dog. We adopted a special little chihuahua, Nacho, who lived a tough life before us. And with that tough past, comes some tough behaviors we are trying to work through. Every dog trainer I contacted immediately mentioned shock collars, and that is the absolute last thing a little dog like Nacho needs. He needs calm, reassurance and confidence building. And that is EXACTLY what Jessie and Let's Train Your Dog provides. They do not use scare tactics, prong collars, or any forceful method. That is what I love so much about them. Jessie sent us pictures, videos, and very detailed updates every day that Nacho was with her. We were able to see her methods of training, which we have gone to look back on multiple times since his return home. Jessie even brings your dog back to YOUR house at the end, reviews all of the commands with you, and helps to put a new structure in place. Nacho still has a long way to go for several of his quirks, but we feel like we have more tools in our toolbox now to handle those quirks. We have texted Jessie multiple times after Nacho's stay to ask questions and get advice. She is quick to respond with detailed notes and recommendations. At the end of the day, most of the time, we (the owners) are causing or exasperating many of the "bad" behaviors a dog is exhibiting. I knew this before Nacho's training. However, I didn't know how to change my behaviors in a way that works for Nacho. I now understand how to make adjustments to my behavior that best suit Nacho's anxieties. I truly cannot recommend Let's Train Your Dog and Jessie enough. This is not my first rescue dog with issues, and will not be my last. I will continue to come to LTYD for future training needs. We had a wonderful experience with Let’s Train Your Dog! They were the only trainer that I could find that doesn’t use e-collars, and that was really important to me. My puppy, Zelda, went there for 2 weeks. Her puppy nipping was out of control, bordering on aggression when she was frustrated. I was concerned that she was going to grow up to be a problem. Jessie worked with her and she made so much progress! She sent so many videos and updates during Zelda’s time there and went over everything when we picked her up. Of course, it takes more than two weeks to train a dog, it is an ongoing process, but Jessie laid out a very clear plan going forward and I am confident that as we are consistent, Zelda will grow into a happy, healthy and obedient dog. I can’t recommend Let’s Train Your Dog enough! Jesse is amazing — she took wonderful care of our 10-month-old high-energy pup and sent daily updates that kept us in the loop. With two toddlers and full-time jobs, we didn’t have the time or structure for training, and our dog had become pretty destructive. Jesse completely turned things around! My 4-month-old Goldendoodle, Emmie, absolutely loved Jessie! She’s so friendly, patient and kind — you can tell she really cares about the dogs (and owners) she works with. Jessie made training fun and positive for both of us, and Emmie learned so much! Jessie sent videos to me every day. With each new days videos, I could not believe the progress Emmie was making! Always Awesome My golden retriever went to stay with Jessie for training 2 years ago. Menolly (the dog) needed some additional help getting ready for an upcoming assessment, and Jessie is just as brilliant now as she was then. Jessie is patient with Menolly and with me while we learn to work together; she has lots of ideas to teach Menolly to think and behave so she can pass her assessment. Menolly has been an amazing family dog for two years, thanks to Jessie. She is going to be awesome in her next adventure, again thanks to Jessie.
