I'm sorry you were not happy with the service. We were not able to clear the drain & I apologize for that, but your main line has been a problem for 3 years now & the pipe has broken/collapsed to a point that our auger cannot clear it. We also gave you a 30% discount on the service. Just an FYI, Roto Rooter charges over $900 for this service & they do not discount. Hope your day gets better.
Great guys, super helpful and efficient! Appreciate that they communicated well before arriving, protected my space in the work area, solved my problem and left it clean as they found it! Would definitely recommend…thanks much!!

Brandon from Leon PHC did a fantastic job. He fixed our fireplace that many others said they couldn't fix. All the while, his communication was great, and responded right away to any questions I had. Jody and Brandon have been to our house on multiple occasions! Staying past normal work hours and working outside for 12 plus hours!!!
