Leona did a great job a few years back on my carpets and that’s why i was disappointed with my recent experience. Came out and said I wasn’t prepared because I didn’t vacuum (vacuuming is quick and I would have done it had I known that wasnt part of the service). Complained about a few things in the hallway and a few standard furniture items in the rooms even though I had spent a few hours the night before clearing big items out. We were really looking forward to Leona working with us but the lack of flexibility with moving things around surprised me and the changed quoted price was astronomical compared to another received quote!

Leona did a fantastic job. Our leather sofa looked new.

Leona cleaned the tile and grout throughout our home today here in River Wilderness! It looks fantastic. We have been in our home for over 20 years and have had the grout and tile cleaned several times, but this was the best! We definitely recommend Leona and will be using her again when needed.

My white sectional couch is bright and white again! Leona is just the best Upholstry cleaner I’ve had. She works very hard and is just a delight to have in your home!

Highly recommend Leona!! She brought our sectional back to life- it looks brand new! The woven fabric had trapped dog hair that I previous tried to get out with lint rollers, but could not get entirely. She had the tools (and the determination!) to clean and restore our sectional. We appreciate that she spent so much time, and it was clear that providing quality service is important to her! She runs an excellent business- clean, timely (even early) and very polite. We will definitely be repeat customers and we recommend her to anyone in need.

Leona did a fantastic job on my sectional, chairs, dining chairs, and library sofa. She worked tirelessly to get my dining chairs to look absolutely beautiful again, getting the yellowing out from aging and old scotchguard. Her attention to detail is impeccaable. Leona was on time—actually a few minutes early. She spent 2 hours cleaning my sectional with 5 bottom and 6 back cushions. She was very thorough and it looks beautiful! She also cleaned 2 area rugs. Would highly recommend her for expertise and price!

Absolutely, hands down the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used. When she was down everything looked and smelled clean from the stained carpets to the vinyl kitchen to the parquet wood floors. I’ve never seen anyone work harder Highly recommend? Would give her 6 stars it I could!

Wow, we're so impressed!We mop our flooring all the time not realizing how filthy they still were. The proof was in the water! The flooring turned out beautifully like the day it was first installed. Leona's professionalism along with outstanding care for your property as though it were her own was very much appreciated.We would definitely recommend this place.

Wow, wow, wow! Leona cleaned our carpets, a rug, furniture and tile floors. We came home and everything was sparkling! We thought the stains would never come out and were so very pleased that Leona was able to get the stains out as well as a thorough cleaning. Will call her again!

Leona was quick to respond to an emergency upholstery request. While I was away, our Petsitter notified us that a contractor had inadvertently closed a door cutting our cats off from their litter box. As a result, they urinated on our sectional sofa. Leona arrived within the hour and did a terrific job as always. Our sofa looks and smells great. On two occasions now, Leona has been top notch - professional, on time, takes pride in her work.
