My boyfriend and I were involved in a motorcycle accident in 2023. I reached out to Ben when we got home from the hospital the next day and he assured me I was in good hands. Every time something changed with the case big or small, he reached out to update me. He never made me feel like a burden when I felt like I was asking too many questions. He was very empathetic and understanding of everything I was going through. He made sure I was comfortable and prepared for my deposition which was nerve-racking to say the least. I suffered from PTSD and although it was an extremely emotional process for me and full of blood sweat and tears, he had my back. He put in the work and we had the best possible outcome. Tony and I met after I had a life changing accident in 2022. He listened to me and was sympathetic to the issues I was facing. While injured and out of work through no fault of my own - Tony went to bat on my behalf. He fought to make sure I received great care. He was a true pro during the course of our litigation and provided guidance/expertise during every step. After almost 2 years (expected for my case from the start) Tony was able to seek a very favorable outcome for our case.
