We needed to find better rates for our auto and home owners insurance that we currently had through Hartford Insurance and worked with Pat McCarthy. He did an outstanding job by researching various companies for us and within a day found a better rate for both, saving us $1,200 on our policies with better coverage than we had before. This was our first experience working with LBI, and they did an outstanding job. We were very impressed with everyone!

As most people know, Michigan is one of the highest cost states for auto insurance. We needed to look for cheaper rates due to a large increase with our current company. We dealt with Matt Tuinstra at Lenz Balder Insurance in Ludington. He researched companies and found us better rates for similar coverage. We also switched our Homeowners insurance. In mid 2021, I contacted Andrew Yankee at Lenz Balder insurance, about changing all my insurance policies. This included auto, home and daycare.
I was impressed by how prompt and professional I was treated. He also put me in touch with Casey Lakarki, who handle my daycare liability policy.
