The service was excellent. The second we entered the shop someone came to help us. They even taught my daughter how to use the yarn we got and gave us patterns to knit. I highly recommend it.

The process was great I got to order over the phone and get extra things I needed. It was delivered and now I need to get using my Janome overlocker thanks again Elaine and all the team at Lena’s
Recently purchased my new sewing machine here. Price was great and I got a very good deal including some extra feet which was fantastic value. Elaine was super communicative and helpful over the phone with regard to delivery and adding in some thread to my order, and my machine came the next day after shipping. 10/10 experience and I will most definitely be back!
Really excellent wool shop with very helpful staff. Bought some great Ricoh yarn, an Aran pattern to do later and some fun wooden cow buttons. Was shown a new pattern book for the mohair wool I’d bought, and ended up getting that too! Strongly recommend a visit if you like yarn - you won’t be disappointed!
This shop blew me away. I'm not very crafty but it made me want to be. The staff are so helpful and know everything. The amount of yarn is incredible. So many textures and colours. They also do custom orders, I believe. I love watching the machine work, it's just fascinating. I'd highly recommend this shop for anyone

Great shop. Last month I bought a Brother Innovis 80 here, and 3 weeks later I bought a Janome 9300 overlock machine. And I was very pleased! As well as threads and everything needed for sewing. Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I was choosing a machine, Elaine was very helpful, she spent a lot of time, and later I was able to find out more information over the phone. The store has a good selection of sewing equipment and everything you need for sewing and knitting is here. And the wonderful people working there will help you with your choice. Highly recommend!
